layer-list-next layer visibility bug

I have encountered an issue with the new layer-list-next component in v5.1 of the JS SDK. When toggling the visibility of a group layer's child layer, the parent group layer's visibility is being toggled as well.

Reproduction Steps:

1. On the top layer list, drop down the Types of wheat over time group layer
2. Turn off the Spring wheat layer. Note the group layer stays visible
3. Turn it back on
4. On the bottom layer list next, drop down the same group layer
5. Turn off the same Spring wheat layer. Note the group layer is also hidden now too.
6. Turn it back on. Note the group layer is also back on too.

Notes:
Tested on Zen 1.21.5b (Firefox 152.0.4), and Chrome version 150.0.7871.47

This should be fixed in the next 5.1 patch currently scheduled for tomorrow 7/8/26.  Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
