Hi, I am working on county and I want the label to be follow the line ; however, this is not what I wanted... Is there somebody out there that worked on them and success get them correct have a better solution or suggest to me a better one ? Here is what I put the labels as a placement "Boundary Placement" ... But the problem is the list is very limited to choose from . It would be NICE if ESRI could build more different placement such as follow the line, offset , hortizonal , vertical, etc ! Can somebody out there point me to fix the problem ? I do not want to covert them to Annotation as it is a lot of work to do.

Never mind, after spend some time for about an hour, I was about to find it !! What you need to do is go into Catalog View and at the top of the menu. When you are in the Catalog tab, and make sure you go to Create . Click on the Add, and then click the "Add System Style" so from there there are list that you can enable to check which one you need to add to your Styles in the Contents. That solve my problem now.

I have no luck to figure it out how do I restore or reset the styles in the symbology pane ? I accidently hit the x button and could not get them back into the symbology pane again ! I have two ArcGIS Pro here at my agency. One of them is in PC and in VDI. I check the PC Side and see that I had 3 of them that are set as system style. How do I get them back in to my project ?

Hi Everyone, The reason I am asking is why I post this question was a lot to do with the ArcGIS Pro in VDI environment.. I think the graphics itself was fine and I believe at the end of the day the VDI network was poor may have something to do with the slow creating insert the graphic layer took a long time to respond and freeze. I did had to abort the software and lost the graphic layers...... So yesterday morning I observed and it went ok and had no problems ... I worked on it and it was easy and fast without issues. For those that don't know what is VDI, it is called Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. It is a long story but you can google it there and it explains what it is..

Do any of you that experience insert graphics layer cause to freeze for a while ? When I use Pro to insert a graphics and I had to use two different arrows one for the left and right side of the callout ballon. Is that a bug or a memory leaking ? Just curious My work use Pro in VDI environment .

I am wondering if anyone out here knows or Are there any plans for this Sample ArcPyMappingScriptTools for ArcGIS Pro ? I like one of their script to write a report from an MXD to Text file. Hello ! I need points for the Cadastral surveys for my project and I have a hard time find one... It can be anything that can add to the project such as online, layers, hyperlinks etc... The project I am working on is on my Forest and I had a project from another forest. He uses the Cadastral Survey points for his forest. It looked like they use the GPS points on their forest to collect. I, myself, do not understand what Cadastral Survey is. I know they came from the BLM that started this. My current project is on the Forest on the Pike and San Isabel National Forest and Cirmarron and Comanche National Grasslands. I am in Colorado. Thanks

Thank you. I work for the Forest Service here in Pueblo and on my Forest Visitor map I could see substation and my friend from San Juan NF had his substation on his. So I am working on similar to his for my forest on Pike and San Isabel National Forest Is it why is it not out there because of the security it pose our society ?

Hi, In need to find GIS Data for Substation . I do have the Electric transmissions in line , but need the points for the substation. I am in Colorado and where do I find it ? Need it to include it in my current project . Thanks !

Hello, I am very curious and came in my mind is that if you have signs that show "Road May Flood" should be mapped ? I am wonder why was it not on either Google or Apple Maps ? I heard from someone on Facebook is that a driver got nearly stuck in the water . If the Sign is up and stand up next to a road, As a GIS Specialist or Road technician should be mapped them ? That day it was on May 11 and we got heavy rain that day. We have roads that have dip down and a few of them are small and not deep but a few of them can be a bit slope deep a bit... The picture is taken in Pueblo West, Colorado and we don't get very much heavy rain like you saw the picture... On my Google or Apple apps and when I check them, there are dry small stream through it and some do not shown stream through it Here are the pictures ... What do you think ? It is all about safetly and prevent from people getting into the Flood and drown.

@DougFenske It is possible that they might add the arrows for forward or backward to it near in the future.
