Hello @hoya Thanks for your question. The simplest solution is to select the shapes you want to rename, then set the new name in the Inspector. The name change gets applied to all shapes in the selection.

Hello @Solairajap Thank you for your question. FBX does not support object attributes. Therefore, you need to write out the object attributes to a separate file. Tutorial 12 describes shows how to use CGA report variables in combination with the Python-based exporter. It also works for Object attributes. Thanks for your reply. When generating SLPKs the geometry is sorted hierarchically. This means that depending on the view distance, not all geometry is loaded. You populated the streets with a lot of cars. The car geometry is quite heavy. Please try to reduce the number of cars and export the streets again. This should make the streets visible. If you want to see the whole geometry of the SLPK, open the file in ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Earth. 3D Earth Map | Earth App for Desktop & Mobile | ArcGIS Earth (esri.com)

Hello @TelmaFernandes2 Thank you for your question. Esri scene layer packages (SLPK) are custom, web-optimized files that can be shared on ArcGIS Online and viewed with the WebScene Viewer. The procedurally generated geometry of the street rule is converted into a static format. Procedural model generation is not supported for scene layers. Pleas finalize your street design in CityEngine before sharing the results as SLPKs. Export SLPK (Esri Scene Layer Package)—ArcGIS CityEngine Resources | Documentation

Hello @MoMohamad The latest release CityEngine 2022.1 is fully backward compatible with CityEngine 2016. You can open all your scenes created with an older version. If your CityEngine license does not cover the latest version, please contact your local distributor to get the latest usable installer. In any case, here you can get a Free 21-Day Trial of ArcGIS CityEngine | Sign Up Today (esri.com)

Hello Ben, when two shapes share vertices, then they are called faces in CityEngine. To split those apart, you can use the separate faces tool. Please see the CE help for more details: Shape geometry tools—ArcGIS CityEngine Resources | Documentation

Hello Sid Thank you for your question about using the Complete Streets:Street Start Rule Package as RPK in Puma. Currently, Puma doesn't support other geometry than flat polygons. It means that the rules like the complete street have to be modified a bit to work with Puma. This was already done for the showcase scene for the Puma release, and all the rules used in this scene are available to download here: https://esri.github.io/cityengine/puma#examples Alternatively, you can also modify a rule to work with Puma using the CGA Editor in CityEngine, in a similar way.

Hello Kenneth, RPK files can include the CGA source code along with the binary version. For the Urban.RPK this is not possible, since the methods used are an essential component of the Urban app. Please note, that only changes to the Model's parcel attributes in an Urban plan are saved back. In the Urban app, the plausible buildings need to be regenerated. To create Existing buildings in CE, the recommended way is to export to fileGDB and publish in ArcGIS Pro.

Hi All, We have re-keyed the license for 2022.0. That means you will need to re-authorize your existing licenses (be they Single Use, Concurrent Use, or Named User) so that they will work with CityEngine 2022.0, once it is officially released. Please follow the instructions given in the ArcGIS CityEngine - ArcGIS CityEngine (esri.com) early adopter forum under GETTING STARTED > Installing CityEngine 2022.0 Beta Thanks and happy testing, Thomas F
