possible bug with donuts created in CE exported as polygonZ shp

HI , I'm noticing this possible bug:

shapes with holes (created in CE resulting from some Boolean shape operations) and then exported as shp (polygonZ) are not seen as donuts in various gis tools (gm, qgis, fme...) but as multipart geometries...

Shapes with holes not altered/edited or not created in CE are exported correctly as donuts

Hi @romainjanil
Thank you for reporting this issue. It would be good to have reproduction data and the steps that lead to the issue. Are you creating the Shapes with holes using the Shape Geometry Tools? Have you tried if a Shape Cleanup after the boolean operations helps?

Hi Thomas, yes these shapes were done with the shape geometry tool, subtract..I'll try to isolate a data sample indeed.

unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the bug in a small sample (all donut shapes created either directly with the tools or after a subtract boolean op are correctly exported...). I'm sure I haven't dreamt about the issue but I also didn't saved the culprit shapes aside when it occurred, so I can't provide anything. Hmm....
