Hi Michael Shoemaker, Without knowing your setup and being able to look at your environment Ill try be as general as possible. Ensuring Anonymous access is disabled will stop any user from accessing content without first providing portal credentials. See Security best practices—Portal for ArcGIS (10.8) | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise for more info. Also look at Restrict cross-domain requests to your portal—Portal for ArcGIS (10.8) | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise as another step to lock it down further. Finally look at running the security scan for portal also Scan your portal for security best practices—Portal for ArcGIS (10.8) | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise to ensure everything is to the standard you require. Hi Ritik Prakash Nayak, Ill try and assist as much as possible. ArcGIS Online is a great introduction to GIS as a first time user and is an incredible tool for the distribution of geospatial information. As your skills develop and you become more familiar with the technology as you have suggested you may want to move to ArcGIS Pro and build on your existing analytical skills. In this way you are able to conduct analysis in many different ways and publish your results to a file or ArcGIS Online. Any tips Ben Turrell? There are a number of reasons the analysis button could be not showing up, see FAQ: Why is the Perform Analysis option missing in ArcGIS Online? for further information on this. I would get into contact with support in reference to this because it is required that you have an organisational account for analysis in ArcGIS Online to be possible. They may also be able to assist you with access to ArcGIS Pro. Shane If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hi Ritik Prakash Nayak, That's excellent you have adopted the technology so easily. Its definitely an area many people are passionate about. To help with tailoring an answer, can you give a little context on what you have been using the technology for and what you would like to achieve with it? An example of this would be are you using it to answer spatial questions for a large organisation? There are many useful areas and courses that you could start with, a little more context would assist in structuring this to a tailored approach. Shane

Hi Tattenbach, Tabitha, It could be running a compression that occurs when you upload the image. See Owen Evans comment on Cascade Story Map: recommended image size. Have you tried changing the resolution to a lower DPI for the logo? I have had results with this in exporting maps with images in them. Cheers Ben Turrell Shane

Bruce Chauke depending on what organisation you are a part of and what set up is in place you can either ask your instructor or IT department to provide you with the software download and authorisation file which they can obtain through myesri . Alternatively if your Organisation has an ArcGIS Online or Enterprise they can allocate you a license as a named user and you can log into the organisation when starting ArcGIS Pro. See the following link Download, install, and authorize—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation for further assistance. Shane If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hi Robin DiSalvo, Depending on what version of StoryMaps you are using, if you press the + button in your StoryMap and select the </> embed button and paste the URL of the google map it should embed that content. Shane

Hi Won Gi Jung, Check out the blog "The story builder can't be loaded." I can see my story map in my content, but I cannot access it to edit. It has some steps to record around last known operation/workflow prior to the error occurring, before lodging a ticket with support. Did you try to hit the story URL directly and is the Story still listed under my stories? Shane

Hey Ryan Fortier, Have you tried saving the route info and stops layers as their own feature, adding them back into the map and saving? The first thing that comes to mind is that the storymap may be reading it as a routing layer and displaying it as such. Shane If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Bashyal, Suraj, A great tool I have used in the past has been ArcGIS Predictive Analytics tool set. I've used it to determine factors around locations or spatial trends and then applied this to new areas in a predictive manner. Shane If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hi Gerry Garza, A good start would be to read the following resources from a GIS analyst perspective: Problem data sets do not line up when added to ArcMap FAQ Projection Basics I believe some of the advantages of the WGS 1984 Web Mercator Coordinate System are North is up everywhere and the meridians are equally spaced vertical lines.
