He Lea, The error that you are encountering is related to the method that you have used to construct the calculation of your geopoint question. It is recommended to perform pulldata calculations for the latitude and longitude in individual calculate type questions, followed by concatenating the 2 values in a third calculate field which will be referenced by the geopoint question. Please refer to the screenshot below... This method allows the web app to load the survey without error. You can find an example of this in the calculate Location from CSV Sample available in Survey123 Connect, and I have also included these changes, specific to your survey, below. Best Regards, Brandon

Hi Jay, Unfortunately, the backgroundColor and borderColor properties will not persist when viewing the survey in the web app. It would be great if you could please request an Enhancement from Technical Support for this, as well. In the meantime, we'll try to get this behavior listed in the documentation. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Jay, Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to add text or distinguish particular repeats within the 'repeat bar' area when designing a survey. While you can change the color of individual repeats, it will not be applied to the 'repeat bar' area. If you'd like to play around with this, please refer to the documentation here...Esri custom columns—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation As for applying text or modification to the repeat bar itself, we do have this internally listed as a potential enhancement to address in the future. Having said that, it would be great if you would be willing to raise this as an official Enhancement request with Esri Technical Support. This allows us to effectively track the number of Survey123 users who have the same desired request and incorporate that into our planning. Thank you, Brandon

Hi Michelle, It seems that you would want to include the short date within your watermark by referencing a previously calculated value from a preceding question. You can refer to the Sample 'Watermarks' XLSForm that is available using Survey123 Connect for an example of how to reference values from previous questions, or, the example in the content of the Blog above. If this is still not clear, please upload your XLSForm so that we can have a look.

Hi Matthew, Have you seen the following Blog? https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/11/10/getting-started-with-public-surveys Of particular interest, might be the following sections... Log into ArcGIS Online using the credentials used to publish your public survey Go to the My Contents tab and open the folder corresponding to your survey Open the Item Details page of your Form Look for the Layers section within the Item Details Page and click on the link. This will take you to the Form's feature layer Item Details Page. Within your Feature Layer's Item Details Page, select the Settings tab to change the editing privileges as you see fit for your needs. Particularly in cases where your survey data is sensitive, you will want to select the option "Editors can't see any features, even those they add". In this manner, malicious users will not be able to download or query data from your surveys feature layer. Is the desired behavior reflected after applying the mentioned settings to the Form Item? Best, Brandon

Hi Elizabeth, When setting the style column in the settings sheet to theme-grid it applies to all groups within the survey. So, the limitation is the use of the table-list appearance at all when theme'grid has been applied to the survey. Having said that, it would be helpful if you would be willing to contact Esri Support in order to raise an official enhancement, and/or promote the existing ArcGIS Idea to provide a method to apply theme-grid to individual groups as opposed to the entire survey, raised here. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Amy, It looks like the error is related to access to the web map that is being referenced by the webmap item id for the feature report mapSettings parameter. Can you ensure that the web map is accessible to the Group as well? Best, Brandon

We are currently working on an On-Premises solution for the Survey123 website, which is currently available for testing in our Early Adopter Community. That being said, we have not yet implemented a solution for the reporting capability. It would be helpful if you could help us test our Beta version of the On Premises solution, and leave feedback. This will help us to ensure stability which may enable us to further consider providing a method of generating feature reports. In addition to testing, please consider promoting the capability of report generation in an On Premises environment by voting for the already raised ArcGIS Ideas request here. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Tahir, I'm not sure if I'm interpreting this correctly, but it sounds like you want to use Survey123 in order update attribute values in a feature layer that was initially created using Collector. You might want to take a look at the following documentation which outlines how you can work with existing feature services in Survey123. Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation You can create a survey using the same feature service that was used in Collector, and then enable the Inbox for editing the existing record. If looking to add fields that do not already exist, you'll want to first add the fields in ArcGIS Online and then follow-up by adding them in the XLSForm of your survey. Let us know if you have followup questions. - Brandon

Hi Andrew, You are correct in that Survey123 will capture a location regardless of whether a geopoint question is included or not. The location will be collected at the point of the survey being opened.

Katie Godding For controlling the display of fields in the Details widget of Ops Dashboard, you will want to control that in the pop up options of the web map that is being referenced by the dashboard. You can find out more about this information here...Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation. Also, here is a screenshot The fields selected here should then be the ones displayed in the Details widget. As for the html displaying in the Serial widget, this may be a limitation of the html supported for this widget. I can let you know if I am able to find out more about this. Best, Brandon

Hi Chandler, This is likely due to the fact that your ArcGIS Enterprise deployment/Portal is not public facing. The server of the feature report engine needs access the item/data inside your portal. You will need to expose your portal to the internet to solve the issue (can open your portal's home page from any computer in the world). This error that you are encountering is documented here... Hi Katie, In terms of hiding fields, are you referring to hiding them in the pop-up within Operations Dashboard? Controlling field visibility should be managed by the web map that is being referenced by the Operations Dashboard app. So, you may want to play around with your pop ups in the web map, as listed here...Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation. As for the html tags of Survey123 choices showing up within Dashboard, I am not seeing the same on my end. Again, is this the pop-up? Please provide a screenshot if possible. Also Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS may be able to help. Best, Brandon

Hi Joel, If you are an admin within the AGOL Organization, you may be able to generate an audit log of the activity that has taken place over a particular set of time. I'm not sure if it would tell you about "delete"actions in particular, but maybe changes that were made to a particular feature service. Hi Elizabeth, We have recently announced a BETA feature in the BETA version of the Survey123 website which has a 'preview' option for feature reports. The beta version of the website is outlined in the Survey123 Early Adopter Program, as well as documentation outlining the preview feature. Please try this out an leave any feeback you have in the Early Adopter Program forums. Thanks, Brandon
