Hi Alex, Thank you for reporting this behavior.  This has been identified as a defect, and has been raised by Esri Technical Support as BUG-000125151.  While we look into investigating this further, it would be helpful if you could please contact technical support and have them create a case that can be added to the bug.  This helps the team keep track of Survey123 users who are affected and can also help in prioritizing defects to address. Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  Use Survey123 with ArcGIS Enterprise—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  If you feel that all of these requirements are met, and still have issues, please contact Esri Technical Support so that we can investigate further.  One thing that will be particularly helpful will be to capture a log to a file during the attempt to publish your survey.  This can be given to the analyst or uploaded here for further investigation. Hi Danniela, If by scheduling, you mean updating a web map to reflect the records of new surveys that have been submitted, this is a simple as adding the feature layer associated with your survey to a web map.  You can find this feature layer in a folder within your ArcGIS Online content, which is created at the time that your survey is published.    Frequently asked questions—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  If you had a different question in mind, please provide more detail regarding what you are looking to accomplish. Hi James, The release of Survey123 3.6 will include significant enhancements to working with existing web maps and offline maps (mmpk’s, vtpk’s, and tpks).  This means that many capabilities that exist when working with these datasets will be possible for use in an offline environment for Survey123. Something of interest to you may be the ability to create map areas using existing web maps in ArcGIS Online for preparation of taking web maps offline.  Take a look here... Take web maps offline—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS  The combination of preparing offline areas using existing web maps and imagery would then allow you to download these maps into the Survey123 Field App.   I would highly recommend taking a look at this capability as it exists now, via the Survey123 Early Adopter Community. Not a bad idea to wait until the final release of 3.6, however, you can test the fix now by downloading the latest version of our Beta!  You can access it here...Survey123 Early Adopter Community.   As for your request to add the ability to author watermarks using the web designer, we do have an internal enhancement request open to implement this in the future.  I will add note of your interest to the issue. You are right in stating that the calculate statement for the watermark is a bit sensitive.  Once this issue is resolved, it will be a lot less temperamental! The calculation for wm1 that you will want to use in the meantime is the following... concat(${username_value}," ",'_','&size=30') These calculations will continue to work once the fix is implemented, however, you will likely want to change them.  Once fixed, it will no longer be necessary to add additional spaces and text/symbols to the statement.  For instance, concat('Project Number:'," ",${projekt_nr},'&size=30') can just become concat(${projekt_nr},'&size=30') Also concat(${username_value}," ",'_','&size=30') can just become concat(${username},'&size=30') We should be updating the Beta version of Survey123 withing the next few days, so I would recommend trying this out in Beta once we do.  While the update to 3.6 should not have an impact, it is always best to test before making a decision. Hi Colleen, When using values from another field in your watermark statement, you will want to construct any parameters and text that will be used in the watermark in a separate field that will be referenced in the watermark statement.  So, try the following in the calculation column for your wm2 question... concat('Project Number:'," ",${projekt_nr},'&size=30') You can then use your watermark placement property to reference wm2, so... bottomLeftWatermark=${wm2} Let me know how this goes.  Also, to let you know, we have resolved the issue that was causing the need for additional text when referencing a value in from a previous question in a watermark statement, and it will be available with the next release of the Survey123 (3.6).  There will likely be an opportunity to test this out in a Beta environment if you desire.  To do this, you'll need to access the Beta build via the Early Adopter Community when we have provided an update with the fix.  Hope this helps! To highlight a few errors that you may encounter when creating surveys in a Portal environment, please take a look at our documentation here...Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS. If you do not have any fields containing more than 32 characters, it would be helpful to capture a log and provide it to us.  You can capture the log using the steps provided here Capture Log  and save to a .txt file.  Once you have the .txt file, please upload it to this thread. Hi Colleen, The behavior that you are encountering is related to an issue which affects watermark statements that reference a field containing a value which does not contain spaces and additional values.  So, for instance, the following will not work... watermark=${projekt_nr}  This is because the value in ${projekt_nr} will always be a standalone text value.  A way to workaround this issue is to concatenate the text 'Project Number:', a space " ", and then the value for ${projekt_nr} watermark=concat('Project Number:'," ",${projekt_nr}) This issue has been raised as a bug, which we will be investigating further.
