Hi Gregg Roemhildtand Mike Bruening, The issue related to credentials not being remembered after closing and reopening the app on Android devices was identified as a bug in Survey123 3.0 and will be addressed with a hot-fix shortly. We will update when the hot-fix goes out. Best, Brandon

Hi Elba, This behavior appears to be related to the relevant statement that has been applied to the repeat, or any questions within the repeat. When attempting to edit, although it appears that the data in the first record is not there, it is simply the appearance. This means the data initially submitted will still be written to the feature service, and viewable in the Survey123 website. In addition, assuming that you have enabled editing on the repeat, you can still alter the values within the first record of the repeat and when re-submitting they will update the feature service. Having said that, this behavior is a bug, and we will be looking to resolve it in the near future. Please let me know if you have any questions related to this information. Best, Brandon

Hello Konrad, I have just tested the behavior mentioned by sharing a survey publicly, specifying the sharing option as "Open the survey in the Survey123 field app directly" and then sending the share link to a Gmail account. I was unable to reproduce the issue using a Samsung Galaxy S8 Android device, no matter if I clicked on the link from Gmail, or copied and pasted into different browsers (native browser, Google Chrome). Is the survey that you are seeing this behavior with shared publicly? If so, can you send me the link in a private GeoNet message? Can you test to see if this behavior is reproducible with a different survey? If so, what is the exact phone that you using when encountering this behavior? Thanks, Brandon

Hi Rene, Where are you viewing your data when looking to see different color geopoints? It is possible to symbolize your collected data based upon domain values when adding the feature service, which participates in your survey, to a web map in ArcGIS Online. The easiest way to do this is to go to the survey123.arcgis.com website > click on desired survey > Data > Open in Map Viewer. This will pull the feature service into a web map where you can "Style" and symbolize as desired. Please let me know if this is what you were after. Best, Brandon

Hello Elba, Can you please confirm whether or not there is a relevant question within the repeat? If possible, it would also be helpful to have a copy of your XLSForm. You can upload it to this thread or send it to me in a private GeoNet message after clicking on my name. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Rhys, Although it is not possible to retrieve Sent surveys that have been emptied from the Sent folder, it is possible for the survey creator to enable the Inbox using Survey123 Connect which can be setup to allow you to re-download the surveys which you have sent, edit them, and re-send. More information related to the Inbox - Prepare for editing existing survey data—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Best, Brandon

Hi Amanda, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have identified that there is an issue on our end, leading to the prompting of credentials when viewing the web app of portal based surveys. We are working on deploying a fix for this issue as soon as possible, which will likely take place by the end of next week. I will update this thread with more details as they come, but please feel free to let us know if you have additional questions. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Claire, Did you share the survey publicly via the 'Collaborate' options within the Survey123 website? If so, are you then attempting to access the survey via the share survey link or QR Code? Are you only encountering the issue on iOS devices, and if so, multiple? If possible, please provide the share url to your public survey in a response to the private GeoNet message that I have sent you. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Robert, I think you'll find the information you are looking for in the documentation linked below. Ultimately, this can be done by entering a numerical value in the body::accuracyThresholdcolumn of your geopoint question. Geopoints—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Brandon

Hi Oscar, We are still investigating this one, however, as a workaround you can download the survey to Survey123 Connect, add a thumbnail there, and then republish.
