Not direct answer to your question, but I have found that in ExB (and old WAB) if you add the My Location widget, you are able to zoom to your location on GPS enabled devices like iPad/iPhone in the browser. I don't have GPS enabled windows box to test, but is possible you could go that route. R_

Any chance you are using a tiled basemap that doesn't have any tiles at a scale larger than 1:8000? R_

I normally just copy the aprx, the toolbox and the default.gdb to the new location. then, when I open it from the new location, it has automatically updated the defaults for the project. If not (because I didn't copy toolbox and/or default.gdb, or want them in different location) you sometimes have to update the locations in the options dialog: R_

Not an answer to your question, but in Model Builder, I have had better luck with MakeFeatureLayer with SQL expression on it, then perform the calculations on the feature layer. Otherwise, it seems I have to re-select before each operation. R_

add the tile layer to a map viewer, save it and share web map to your basemap group. you should then be able to add/use it as a basemap. for the sideloading in Field Maps App, transfer the tile package locally, then in Field Maps Designer, you can set the name of the tile package in the offline settings: R_

A couple options. You can put either a visibility or editable expression on the first date field similar to. !IsEmpty($feature.DateField) This way, the second date field will either not even show in the form OR not allow anyone to edit it unless there is a value in the first date field. R_

I have att rule that is very similar to that here. I don't have text padding in that code, but it is an modified version of the code here that does pad the return result. Should get you on the right track. At least one way to do it anyway. R_

if you go to the Portals Option, you can sign out of AGOL and any portals you are connecting to. It appears that when you sign out of all of them, the sign in dialog pops up. If not, you can then click the three dots to sign back in to get to the sign in dialog box. There you can un-check the sign in automatically. R_

A couple things I can think of: Depending on what/where the broken layer came from, you could use Pro to "Overwrite Web Service" and 'fix' the broken layer so that it loads correctly (Overwrite Web Service will keep the original item ID's). You could also use the ArcGIS Online Assistant to on the web map that is feeding the ExB app to Update the URL of the broken service to a valid one. R_

I had a similar need and decided to disable Collect Here all together as it just adds extra step as once you select it, it opens the same template picker box that the Add button does. The only reason I could see wanting the Collect Here button was to add a point somewhere other than where the user is and if they picked the Add button, it would zoom them back to the GPS coordinate. At some version, they added the option to make no changes to the map when collecting new features: So now, when the hit the Add button, it behaves the same as the collect here, but will also auto assign the pole code as well. Not sure if this will work for your situation, but in case it does.... R_

If the target feature class does indeed have 'identical field structures', couldn't you just use the 'Input fields must match target fields' field matching type? If so, it shouldn't matter if field mapping is lost during iteration as it isn't' used. R_

Any chance you collected the data logged into Field Maps as a different user than when you went to sync? Offline maps are kept in different profiles (folders) for the different users. at least in iOS anyway. R_
