Thank you for this post @LeahCharash . I'm not having much luck with it though, I've set the labels to 0 (lowest) and feature weight of my point layer to 500. It did slightly improve, but not the result I'm after with dots entirely over the street labels. I also have the street labels check box ticked for "Make background label". Hi @DavidColey Did setting the Field Value Type to "None" allow you to edit an existing domain? I'm unable to edit any domains that existed prior to our upgrade from10.8.1 to 10.9.1... only add new ones by doing this. ... View more

Hi @AbbyE_Esri and @OwenGeo thanks for the reply. Yes, I was reviewing for some kind of Basemap share settings but am not finding anything. The basemaps/maps load as expected if you are logged in, but not for our Public users. They are all leveraging some kind of Express map built within the StoryMap, not an actual map + feature service. Thanks for the reply @Shen_Zhang ! I did notice that and must have tried to make the size "stick" a dozen times. Apparently user error on my part, as it does appear to be retaining the size now. Thank you! Edit: I think it's because I often perform edits using Live View as it's the only way to really navigate around multiple views in edit mode. It seems the widget expansion changes don't save if editing in Live Mode even though it lets you click save.  ... View more
