Hi @Hala_Ghareeb , Right now you cannot hide it from the Smart Editor any other way then by disabling editor tracking from the layer settings.

Hi @RenePretorius, That is a very valid request, but this is not available in Web AppBuilder. This can only be done for feature layers, where the records have a geometry you can select on the map. There is some work being done to potentially provide batch attribute editing in the new Edit widgets in the new Map Viewer and in Experience Builder, but we do not yet have a defined timeline on when this will be available and how it will work with table layers.

@MosquitoGIS Thank you for the detailed diagram : ) I've tried to reproduce your current setup but wasn't able to observe the issue on my end. There must be something more specific about your setup that I'm missing. You may want to try changing Eric's user type and role, to see if that changes the editing privileges for that account and if they'd now be able to edit the features. Also verify that all items are properly shared in all groups, and review the Group settings. If still no luck, I'd recommend contacting Esri Support so they can go through your setup and see what setting is affecting your editing.

Hi @ahargreaves_FW , Geocoding addresses and storing the value into a field uses credits, which means an account needs to be tied to the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service. In ArcGIS Portal, you can store the credentials for an ArcGIS Online account to be used for consuming credits. In your organization settings, configure the Geocode utility and provide the credentials to use. Here's some related doc: Utility services—Portal for ArcGIS | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise This will create a new Locator item in your Portal Content. Make sure to use the service URL from that item as the Geocoder URL in the Smart Editor settings. ( from your screenshot above, insert the URL here: ) Once this is set, the users should not be prompted to sign in anymore, and credits will be consumed from that ArcGIS Online account directly.

@LefterisKoumis Thank you for the recording, this helps. When you click the Attribute Table (or any other widget in your app, actually), the Smart Editor becomes out of focus. You can see this by the red bar at the top of the widget panel. (I know, it's not very intuitive) If you click the Smart Editor widget panel again, the bar becomes green. If you click the feature to update again, it will be loaded in the attribute inspector.

Hi @LefterisKoumis , If I understand this right, I believe this was added intentionally as we want to prevent editing features unless the Smart Editor widget is open and active. Otherwise, users may click a feature and it will be selected for editing even if Smart Editor is closed, and it will be difficult to view the feature's pop-up in the map. I'm not sure where the Attribute Table fits into the workflow you are describing. Are you getting any console errors? Please, are you able to share all the steps to reproduce the issue you are observing so we can try to reproduce it?

Hi @ahargreaves_FW , we have evaluated what changes would need to be made to be able to display the Editor Tracking fields in the Smart Editor, and it would require more extensive core changes that we will not be able to make at this time. Nonetheless, there is a workaround that I hope may fit your needs. Your should be able to enable 'Show when last edited' from webmap pop-up configuration: The Editor tracking information will be shown in the widget as bellow:

Hi @ahargreaves_FW , System fields such as the Editor Tracking fields, the Object ID and Global ID fields are not set to be displayed in the Smart Editor since these fields are read-only. Since this is an editing focused tool we are only displaying those fields that can be edited, while read-only fields are available in the map pop-up and the Attribute Table widget. Those system fields can still be used when configuring Smart and Attribute Actions in the widget so you can grab those system generated values and write them into editable fields.
