Sorry @JoeRogan I had corrected my post after sharing it and it must not have come through. My main question was: how are you adding the Analysis widget as a custom widget? I believe the steps should be to add the Analysis widget into the client > your-extensions > widgets folder and then rename it. For this one, it may be worth contacting Esri Technical Support so they can take a look at your data and see if there may be something there that would be the source of the issue, and also see how they can recreate the issue so our developers can fix it. ... Hi @jerome6 , to add new fields to this layer and new domain values for the Reason field, you'll first need to find the hosted feature layer that was published when you deployed that Solution. For example: Access that's layer/s details page and go to the Data tab From there you'll be able to add new fields and modify existing ones. Once you're done, load the Web AppBuilder configuration and make sure the new fields you have added are set as editable in the Smart Editor widget.   ... View more

You can set layer scale visibility in the web map from the Map Viewer. For example:  Once this is set for a layer in the web map, the Map Layers widget should respect that scale visibility and not show that layer in the map unless it is within scale.
