Hi @AFackler_NAPSG , Thes labels are coming from the Display Field that was defined when you published your feature layer. See this post for the steps to change this field after the fact: Experience Builder Edit Widget - Allow formatting - Esri Community

Hi @KerissaReedy1 , Please would you be able to describe any unexpected behavior you are seeing regarding editing and groups when using Experience Builder? Also, what version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you on? This will help us narrow down if there are in fact any limitations.

@MikeDahm Per our comment and links, a form would need to be created for any layer within the webmap? How would you limit an attribute to be able to be batch edited or not and not just regular edited one feature at a time within a form? That's correct a form would need to be created for any layer within the web map. The form you configure for the layer in the map will be used for both single edits and batch edits though. For any further questions regarding this, I'd suggest reaching back to the Web Editor community.

@MikeDahm There appears to be no controls over what fields users can utilize batch attribute as well. To control which fields can be edited when batch editing features in Web Editor, you'll need to configure Forms for the layer in Map Viewer. See: Configure forms for attribute editing (Map Viewer)—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation Also see: Edit attributes—ArcGIS Web Editor | Documentation

Hi all, work is being done to get batch editing into Experience Builder in June 2025. The functionality would show up in the existing Edit widget.

Hi @SimonSchütte_ct , I just wanted to let you know that any plans around enhancing version management on the web will be handled at the JavaScript SDK level, in the Version Management component. This component will be added to Experience Builder soon to replace the Branch Version Management widget. For any further requests related to version management on the web, I would recommend posting to the JavaScript community: ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript - Esri Community

I'm not too sure how this part works, I thought it simply reads the locators set in your org and/or the searched you configure in the map. I'd recommend reaching out to the S123 community!

Hi @JenniferBorlick , If I understand this correctly, the main reason you are using Experience Builder instead of using only Survey123 is because "The map inside Survey123 doesn't allow you to search by a layer in the map." I wanted to investigate this a little more first. I found this blog that may help with the steps to setup your own web map in the survey: Survey123 Tricks of the Trade: Configuring survey ... - Esri Community If you're able to use your own web map in your Survey123 form, then the search toolbar in the Map question of the survey should allow you to search against any layer you configure in the web map's Application Settings (from the Settings of the web map's item details).

Support for viewing and editing related records in the Map Viewer requires your ArcGIS Server (and by association, your feature services) to be upgraded to 11.2. This is regardless of whether you are running an ArcGIS Enterprise base deployment or a standalone ArcGIS Server. The same limitation applies as you reference your Enterprise feature services in ArcGIS Online. This information was taken from: Introducing Related Record Editing in Map Viewer

@NateExley Thanks for posting. Please would you be able to provide more details why the app and editable layers are shared via a shared update group? What is the workflow that requires to provide full privileges to these users? If your layers are editable, have delete disabled, and are shared with those users without the "shared update group" option enabled, they should still be able to update the data without the ability the delete it.

Hi @CaseyFrost , thank you for posting. That is not supported right now when editing on the web. You would need to use ArcGIS Pro. I would recommend logging an idea in ArcGIS JavaScript Maps SDK Ideas - Esri Community. The related records editing capability in Experience Builder is dependent on the functionality provided in the SDK Editor widget.

You could perhaps use the Feature Info widget in a Widget Controller to customize the display of popups? You can use a Message action to trigger the Feature Info widget to open from the Controller, as I described earlier with the Button. In this way, popups would display even when the Edit widget is loaded. I added an example to the sample; click a feature in the map to observe. https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/642387537173411a939c2bf7dd469e08 Note: I turned popups OFF in the Map widget options, otherwise you may end up with 2 popups displaying in some cases.
