Thanks @BillSteinhart Can you please give us a little more information to illustrate what the requirement is (what problem it would solve), and how you think it should be implemented? -Scott

@WahkiakumGIS If you set the Enforce attribute validation editing option to off, you should be able to create features that don't fall within the domain. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/change-general-editing-tool-settings.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_D669A5A0D43640208E6CF340B2F1C258 Does that help? -Scott

@ChristinaNeal and @LJackson29 That is not expected behavior. Have you contacted Esri Technical Support? At this time, we can't repro in-house. Perhaps there is something data specific with the issue?

Create a larger polygon than what you need Edit tab > Modify > Divide Method: Equal Area Choose the NW edge of the polygon to set the direction of the dividing line. Area:15,000 sqM. Number of parts: 1 Measure the result: Does that help? -Scott

@SarahSullivan2 feature templates are layer specific. In the case of preset templates, the different layers that make up the template need to stay together in the same map. If you share a map and it contains all of the original layers that make up the template, the preset template can work. You can also group the layers together and create a layer file or layer package from the grouped layers. It seems like something is either getting renamed or one of the layers is not present in the export process that you are referring to. -Scott

Hi@VassilisTrigkas1974 I'm not clear on the requirement, but did you try the Divide tool found on the modify features pane? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/divide-a-polygon-by-a-value.htm If you already know where the start and endpoints of the splitting line need to be, why won't Split work (also found on the modify features pane)? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/split-a-feature.htm -Scott

@StuartBricker There was a bug where undocking the Python window would cause the T key to persist the vertices being shown. A very odd bug, but it has been addressed in the next release of ArcGIS Pro 2.9 (still unreleased but coming soon).

@AmyKuhel1 That bug should be fixed in 2.8.2 and higher. I confirmed it as well on my machine. Are you using the Annotation tool? That will allow you move the anchor and/or the text. The Move tool is different.

@AmyKuhel1 The Align commands that are available with the Move tool context menu work for features and annotation; however leader line annotations are a bit tricky and there is no guarantee that the leader will remain in the same location because the entire annotation feature is moved (like you are seeing). Similar to this Idea (but not exactly): https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/add-the-ability-to-move-multiple-annotations-in/idi-p/939194 Regarding the "out of bounds" error, I'm not familiar with it. Do you have more info on it? Esri Technical Support is the best place to report and get the status of bugs.

@Manu I would suggest setting up custom accelerators for those construction tools. See: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/customize-the-ribbon.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_0B9AD3403DB8463B94897E264759A611 Accelerators usually need to be a combination of keys, for example, I'm using Alt+, and Alt+. in the screenshots below (Alt + comma and Alt + period). Streaming already has a built in keyboard shortcut and that's F8, but if you're switching between streaming and tracing a lot, it might make sense to make the accelerators close to each other on the keyboard. -Scott

@AshleyPattersonTheMapNERD It seems like that segment should be a circular arc instead of a line. While editing vertices, try using the Change Segment command to change it to a circular arc and then drag the segment to change the radius to match the rest of the data. Here's a visual: Does that help? -Scott

I guess my next question would be: when you first open the project in the morning, what are the Elevation Units of the Scene set to? Another question: are you opening a project, a project package, or perhaps a project template?

Hi @SamanthaGoodchild-Brown For suspected bugs, you can contact Esri Support. They will probably want repro steps and/or data to log a bug. In your original post, you mentioned the Z unit of the Move To tool's Delta method, is that correct? Can you provide a similar screenshot to what I showed above (map properties > general). FYI you will need to close and re-open the Move To tool to see the change in units reflected in the tool.

Hi @SamanthaGoodchild-Brown The Move To tool's last used method is not remembered between ArcGIS Pro sessions, but that sounds like a valid idea that you may want to post over here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/idb-p/arcgis-pro-ideas Regarding the units issue: The Z units for the Move To tool are read from the Elevation Units property of the map or scene: Does that help? Thanks, Scott
