@zdgra I went ahead and took a look and the issue is that the data is irregular so when that's the case we cannot guarantee that it will draw. For these cases we have a python script that will regularize the values for you which you can find here https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/voxel-layer-freqently-asked-questions.htm#anchor16 I went ahead and ran the netCDF file through the script and have attached the output to this message. The data now displays in ArcGIS Pro. thanks, Andrew

Have you tried turning off the basemap and Terrain? It could be beneath the Ground. The other thing to try is to add it as a multidimensional raster to verify that it displays in 2D. thanks, Andrew

@Vlad Ok, I just tried on my end with my own multipatch data and i'm seeing the same thing. The doc isn't clear on this so i'd recommend posting a question in the Instant Apps channel so someone from that team can comment on this > https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-instant-apps-questions/bd-p/arcgis-instant-apps-questions thanks, Andrew

Hi, Which version of ArcGIS Pro are you using? You can reproduce this warning with the following workflow? 1) Click Insert Tab > New Map > New Local Scene 2) Click Map Tab > Click Add Data dropdown > Add Multidimensional Voxel Layer 3) Browse to the netCDF file and click OK 4) The voxel layer is added to the scene

@Vlad DateTime fields are already supported on multipatch feature layers. While the Scene Viewer has not added the TimeSlider there is a new Instant App that has it. Checkout this blog for more details https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/instant-apps/3d-gis/2035702-2/ thanks, Andrew

Hi, Based on the screenshot it looks like there is only 1 dimension. In order to render the netCDF file as a voxel layer you need to have X,Y,Z dimensions in the netCDF file as well. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/voxel-layer-freqently-asked-questions.htm#anchor2 thanks, Andrew

Take a look at this help topic which describes best practices to use large service based input in geoprocessing tools https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/appendices/geoprocessing-considerations-for-elevation-surface-input.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_77BADFC71D224C4E8FF0230097097057 thanks, Andrew

Hi, Unfortunately scene layers are not listed as a supported layer type with this widget https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/configure-widgets/timeline-widget.htm I'd recommend submitting an ArcGIS Idea so the Experience Builder team can prioritize adding support for this. thanks, Andrew

Hi, It looks like voxel scene layers are not supported in ArcGIS Maps SDK for Unity. I'd submit an idea so the team can prioritize this work. https://developers.arcgis.com/unity/layers/#scene-layers thanks, Andrew

Dan is correct there is no project or map level setting as this is a per layer setting. You can find this setting on the Elevation page of layer properties for operational layers. For the elevation surface you can adjust this setting on the Elevation Surface Layer tab https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/elevation-surface-layers.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_2C18E80ACA3445A2A4F92AD113F11177 thanks, Andrew

You can create a feature layer by adding it to a scene. See this help topic that describes this workflow https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/add-layers-to-a-map.htm thanks, Andrew

Hi, If you select only the root node then the tool will generate the slpk based on the references to the children nodes within each osgb file. We have seen in the past that some osgb files may have incorrect references to their children and if that's the case then we cannot generate that node so it is dropped from the output. The only thing I can recommend is to select the folder so that the tool will attempt to use all the osgb files. thanks, Andrew

These posts are a specific to translating an ArcGIS Pro project from a 1.x or 2.x aprx to a 3.x project so since you are experience this with importing a mxd into 2.9.5 it would not be related. I'd recommend opening a support case for a support analyst to take a deeper look with you. regards, Andrew
