Thank you for the feedback David. The way our CRM works, as an email chain grows, it will add the content of the previous email to the record. Implementing an email history as described may overwhelm the way the system is set up. However, I still think we may be able to implement this via a case summary, which you can request from the assigned analyst. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

Hey @ShawnRoberts1 , thanks for posting. You shouldn't need to update them all, but if you have them on hand I would. Please make sure you update the certs in the DataStore and ArcGIS Server as well. Let me know if you have any questions.

@JoshuaClanton Hey there, sorry to hear about this issue. Could yo tell me more details about what's been going on in the Portal machine before it became unresponsive? What does the system architecture look like? If you have maintenance I would suggest contacting our support staff as well.

Hey there Hannah, thank you for posting. I would like to point you to our blog on this o-day found here: ArcGIS and Apache Log4j Vulnerabilities. In it, our security team mentions that: "Several ArcGIS Enterprise components contain the vulnerable log4j library, however there is no known exploit available for any version of a base ArcGIS Enterprise deployment (including the ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store components) or stand-alone ArcGIS Server at this time." We are aware of the log4j file at the location you posted, and the mitigating scripts in that blog should remove them. Not quite sure, that might require some testing. I think in order to keep the dataset up to date, I would recommend that you use a partnered collaboration (I write about it a bit in that first blog I linked under the "Partner Collaboration" section.
