Hey there Tony, I think I understand what you are asking. So typically in an enterprise deployment there are three-five places you can look at to import your new certificate. Each major component, ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS DataStore, by default uses a self signed cert. An environment will work with these, but best practices is to replace these with a CA signed cert for production. Best thing for you to do is to go to the locations of each listed below and see if its using self signed or not. If you find the self signed, I would leave it alone, otherwise replace them with your new certs: ArcGIS Portal ArcGIS Server ArcGIS DataStore Since azure uses IIS rewrite rules, you are most likely not using web adaptors. As such, you may have to import the cert directly into the V2. I looked around for a way to do this and found this article (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/51336/appgateway-v2-certificate-issue.html) ((Not an esri component, so I would double check my work here))

Hey there Tony, are you talking about updating the certificates specifically in the server / portal components or in the appgateway V2?

Hey there, You should be able to set the extent of the vector tile layer via the layer settings in ArcGIS Portal. This should allow you to limit visible extent and default extent. Please let me know if this helps!

Hey there Dave, This is indeed an ArcInfo file: Specifically an ArcInfo Binary Coverage File. Doing some research on this, I found this Technical Article: How To: Convert ArcInfo coverage data to a shapefile using ArcInfo Workstation So newer versions of of Pro and ArcMap wont be able to read ArcInfo files, but with the help of that workflow you may be able to get somewhere with those files.

I don't believe it is public yet, you will have to log a case to see it. Here is the full title: Inability to unregister a replica from the ArcGIS Server 10.7.1 REST endpoint when the server is federated. To be clear: Do not unfederate your current deployment. This will have long term repercussions that will damage your current deployment. Hope that helps!

Hey there, Could you specify whether or not the machine has an existing 10.8 deployment already on it, and you are attempting to install enterprise builder 10.8.1 on that same machine? From your post it reads that you started installing an environment and are trying to use enterprise builder to finish it, is that correct?

After some research, I found out that this is a known issue BUG-000125384 in a federated ArcGIS Server. This defect was logged for 10.7.1, but it also affects federated ArcGIS Servers in the following versions: 10.7, 10.7.1, and 10.6.1. The only known workaround for this is to go to ArcMap and use the Distributed Geodatabase tools to unregister the replicas. That or use another unfederated ArcGIS Server which will not have this issue. Please log a case with Esri Support services requesting that your account be added to this defect.

Hey there Nicolas, That is an interesting find! I would recommend logging a tech support ticket which will allow our support staff to investigate the issue and log a defect as appropriate or troubleshoot it. If you already have a ticket open, please let me know what the number is, so that I can keep this thread updated with outcomes.

10.8.1 utilizes the ArcGIS for PowerBI Add on license. Although this license was deprecated, 10.8.1 still requires it. You should be able to go onto myEsri and regenerate your ArcGIS Portal license with an allocation for ArcGIS for PowerBI Add on licenses. If you dont see those licenses there, contact your CSR. If you do have the add on license, could you make sure that the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 deployment is accessible to the internet.

Could you try to sign into he report with a Creator Level user instead of an admin?? If this persists, I think your next step will be to log a case with technical support.

@AndresEcheverri We do offer some support for PowerBI Report Server, but still in an online method. Looking at the current list of enhancements and ideas, I do not see a request for offline work. This would be a good opportunity to log an idea!

Hello there, Would you be able to confirm if your 10.8.1 enterprise deployment is fully deployed and available to the internet? SAML is a supported authentication type per https://doc.arcgis.com/en/power-bi/get-started/supported-env.htm so I don't think there are any other steps needed here.
