Hey there Tony,    I think I understand what you are asking. So typically in an enterprise deployment there are three-five places you can look at to import your new certificate.     Each major component, ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS DataStore, by default uses a self signed cert. An environment will work with these, but best practices is to replace these with a CA signed cert for production. Best thing for you to do is to go to the locations of each listed below and see if its using self signed or not. If you find the self signed, I would leave it alone, otherwise replace them with your new certs: ArcGIS Portal ArcGIS Server ArcGIS DataStore Since azure uses IIS rewrite rules, you are most likely not using web adaptors. As such, you may have to import the cert directly into the V2. Hey there,    You should be able to set the extent of the vector tile layer via the layer settings in ArcGIS Portal. This should allow you to limit visible extent and default extent. Please let me know if this helps!    ... View more

10.8.1 utilizes the ArcGIS for PowerBI Add on license. Although this license was deprecated,         10.8.1 still requires it. You should be able to go onto myEsri and regenerate your ArcGIS Portal license with an allocation for ArcGIS for PowerBI Add on licenses. If you dont see those licenses there, contact your CSR.    If you do have the add on license, could you make sure that the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 deployment is accessible to the internet.  ... Hello there,    Would you be able to confirm if your 10.8.1 enterprise deployment is fully deployed and available to the internet? SAML is a supported authentication type per https://doc.arcgis.com/en/power-bi/get-started/supported-env.htm so I don't think there are any other steps needed here. ... View more
