Ismael or James, is there a way to limit a (repeat) table in a feature report to a maximum number of records, continuing on with the rest on a new page if needed? I have a 1-page report that contains a 15-row table in it for the repeat values, as well as other unrelated tables below it. Instead of leaving a large amount of white space at the bottom of the page (instances where only a few repeat values are included) OR pushing them onto the next page (instances where >15 repeat values are included), I was hoping to format the pages and the report generation in a way that it will accept up to 15 entries for 1 page, and then duplicate the entire 1st page (with it's 15-row table) as page 2 and continue filling in all of the values, repeating as many times as necessary. An idea I had for accomplishing this was putting *everything* except my 15-row table into the header or footer and formatting from there as needed, but wasn't sure if that was the easiest approach. Thank you

Thanks for the quick reply, Xander. The end goal is making a project-specific dashboard, which would include multiple Survey123 (company-wide) surveys. Our field staff uses a S123 form, called "Daily Field Report", on more than one project. What we'd like to be able to do is having those feature layers filtering into project/client specific dashboards based on project numbers. On this survey, Layer 0 contains general site information for that trip (client name, project number, site location, weather, etc) and layer 1 is a repeat that contains photos and comments about specific observations (found contaminant in room 27, etc). Internally, our project managers and field staff can view the private "Daily field report" dashboard to see what all of our field staff are doing and what sites they're working on. Externally, we'd like to be able to offer these same dashboards to clients, but only showing data for their specific site.

Xander Bakker - Can you please tell me if it's possible to create an arcade expression that will return a value from a layer's parent layer? I have a feature layer created in Survey123 with two layers. Layer 0 has a "projectnumber" attribute in it and I would like to filter layer 1 (the repeat layer) to only display features for a certain project number, with that project number value being pulled from it's parent feature.

Hi Muhammad, You said "I have created a field (let name it age) in one of the map layers through map viewer", which makes me think that you used Arcade to create this new attribute? If that is the case, those attributes are (frustratingly) not available in Operations dashboard. If I'm wrong on that, are you working with a view layer of an underlying feature layer? If that is the case and you added a new field to the hosted feature layer, you'll need to go into the "configure popup" menu in the map viewer for the view layer and check the box to display your new attribute. Hope this helps, Derrick

Are CSVs and pulldata() supported in the web form? I thought that only worked on the mobile & desktop surveys?

Strongly agree! Being able to extract the centroid of a geoshape in the survey would help out a lot.

Exactly. Thank you for the quick fix to the android/sort by date issue. That's working well now and I think that covers most needs. Allowing users to navigate to other folders (mainly folders in the gallery) would see some use as well. The main instances i've seen where people are asking for this is when they take an old photo, such as a pre-construction photo from 24 months ago, and include that in their project wrap-up report. What they've been doing is emailing that old photo to themselves and saving it to their gallery, but then they have a tough time locating it because it's sorted by date instead of just being able to select the folder where photos from emails are saved to. Another reason to support this would be when people are attaching (instead of taking in-app) photos. Everytime a picture is attached, a duplicate shows up because I assume the photo list includes the Survey123 attachments folder as well, which I believe makes a duplicate. If they could navigate to a specific folder, they wouldn't see the duplicates in the Survey123 attachments folder. Hopefully that all makes sense?

By the way, what you're talking about is exactly what got me in to drones 5 or 6 years ago. I was a full time FF/EMT and wanted to stream video to our dispatch center when we got called out to rural field fires. I'd hoped to work with "Active911" to develop a solution.

Using Litchi [edit: Sorry, DJI Go...not Litchi], I was able to stream from a DJI drone (using the RTMP option) to a Twitch channel, just as a proof of concept. I embedded the twitch video stream in an operations dashboard and it worked "fine". For this to really be effective, in my opinion, I needed to find a streaming service that supports webhook events on stream start. My workaround for this was to have the pilot submit a Survey123 form that's basically a "starting stream" event with a lat/lon and a project number. The project number can be filtered to specific dashboards and auto-zoom to the location when starting a stream using the lat/lon, and the survey submission supports webhooks for notifications. Again, it's not really a professional implementation, but it's a decent start. We don't have much of a need for live streaming though.

Ismael Chivite - Would you mind adding another section to your (awesome) blog post that describes how we can populate a geoshape using URL parameters (such as launching the survey form from a web map with taxlots)? I had this working well in 3.5, but it now appears broken. I'm going to go make a post in the EAC about this as well.

I just wanted to post that I was dealing with constant lockups in S123 Connect for quite awhile, but the recommendations from Jonathan and Ismael above resolved it. I just installed the most recent version of S123 Connect and the issue started again. Same thing, fix above resolved it. Random observation - the GPS icon in the top-right corner was always my indicator that the program was frozen. After deleting those files, the GPS icon appears static.

Charles, This is a known issue that was (very briefly) discussed on the S123 EAC community here. James Tedrick 3 Weeks ago Content Manager, Esri Staff Hi Liam, You should not necessarily count on either the web form or the field app to supply full features on an edit event - there may be fields not present in the form that exist in the feature's table.
