Survey123 reporting has been very intermittent today. Failing when generating reports via the api through FME and also hangs on generating and fails on the website. Any one else experiencing issues?

Reports are not going through, failing with the message: ArcGIS Online report job failed or returned an unknown status

if i keep retrying occasionally it will go through but this is pretty terrible inconsistency

Hi, can confirm we are seeing similar behavior at report generation.

Ours are still failing, since Wednesday.

Support does not think it's related to the outage yesterday because it started the day before. I'm not sure though: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/error-when-generating-a-report-an-error-occ...

I think it might be related to custom symbology in the reports.

I had reports failing that were using this:  ${location_general | drawingInfo:"currentLayer"| mapSettings:" b2519fd7a45647a0946f50b0535b6ddd":36000| size:175:250:0:0}

And they started running fine when I changed it to this: ${location_general | mapScale:36000| size:175:250:0:0}

Curious if the same is true for others here?

Mine fail with ${geopoint} included. They print without. Any "map" included in the template and it will time out.

Remove the ${geopoint} and it prints in 20s. Not very useful though...

It's a know bug. The issue is using fields in your report name, and your survey contains a repeat with an image question.

And what if my survey has no repeat?

How can I see the details of this bug?

The bug isn't showing up in the support search, but it was specifically for the scenario I mentioned above.

The bug was fixed last night, give it another shot. I'd open a support ticket otherwise, since there could have been multiple issues (we're seeing something with domains too in reports).

My issue persists. I have a week old support ticket. It's been escalated, but we're still checking the same things we did last week (permissions, print utility, MV vs MVC) so I'd hoped to find someone having more success.
