Hi Llyn, I am pleased to inform you that your idea to upload your own excel file with zip code or county data to create custom heat maps is implemented in the current version of Business Analyst Web. This feature is now available in Custom Data Setup. In the Custom Data Setup workflow, select "Import file" to add your sample file. On Step 2 of Custom Data Setup, select "Geographic boundaries". On Step 3, select ZIP Code as the geographic boundary level and select Zip Code as the geography name or ID column and click Next. Fix any invalid ZIP Code and click Add Matches. The custom data will be imported and you can complete the Custom Data Setup by following the steps and click Save. Once the custom data is setup, you will have options to use the data in Color-coded Maps, Smart Map Search, Suitability Analysis and Reports. You can find a Step-by-step Custom Data Setup guide in the Business Analyst Help Documentation here - https://doc.arcgis.com/en/business-analyst/web/custom-data-setup.htm Thank you for using Business Analyst Web App and for your valuable feedback. Please keep these great ideas coming. Best regards, Donna

Hi Kieran, I am pleased to inform you that your request for the Canadian PRIZM data to be available in reports is implemented in the current version of Business Analyst Web. A Prizm Segmentation Area Profile classic report is now available, as well as the Prizm Segmentation Summary infographic for Canada. You can also perform mapping analysis using the "Dominant PRIZM Segment Number" in Color-coded Maps and Smart Map Search. We hope this meets your Business Analyst feature request. Please let us know if you have other great ideas. Thank you for the helpful feedback. Best regards, Donna

Hi Bonnie, Based on your valuable feedback, a "Credit estimate" calculator is added to the Run Classic reports page. You will find the "Credit estimate" located to the left of the "Run All" button in the lower right corner of the app. After your sites are added and the desired reports have been selected, click on the "Credit estimate" to view the estimated credit usage for running the selected reports. Thank you for using Business Analyst Web and for the great idea! Best regards, Donna

Hi Jo, It's been awhile since we last spoke. I hope you are doing well. We are sorry that you are experiencing issues with the imported data not being reflected in the ArcGIS layer. I am not sure what may be causing the problem. Therefore, it would be better if a support case is entered so we can properly investigate and track the issue. You can create the case yourself, or if you prefer, Peter Klingman will be pleased to enter one for you. We value your feedback, and it's always a pleasure to hear from you. Thank you for using Business Analyst and for being such a valued customer. Best regards, Donna

Hi Nancy, Just to clarify, are you asking for the ability to select Census Designated Place (CDP) boundaries to use in the Smart Map Search feature of the Business Analyst Web App? CDP geographies are not included in Business Analyst Web; however, you can add a Web Map Layer of Census Places in the Add Data workflow and use the data in Smart Map Search. Once you have added the Web Map, open the Smart Map Search workflow – select “Browse all variables” to open the Data Browser, and you will find the Web Map data in the Standard data tab – Map Layers. Please let me know if this information is helpful; or if you have a different use case, or additional questions. Thank you for your feedback,

Hi Jack, You are correct that the meta data for the existing and added sites must all be aligned to use the attributes in Suitability Analysis. The attributes from the added sites must exactly match the existing imported site attributes, with the same variable name type and attribute type. It is sometimes difficult to see the difference just by viewing the Excel file because there may be some formatting differences between the existing sites and the added ones. You might try creating a new Excel sheet and copying all the sites, including the new sites so that all cells and columns having matching names, formatting and types. Thank you for using Business Analyst Web, Donna
