It looks like you're working with Northridge tutorial data/project?  Can you insert a new layout, add just a map frame (not from a scene), then maybe a quick legend, scale bar and test selecting those?  If that doesn't work, open a new project, use your own data, create a quick layout and test selecting elements.  I want to see if it might be something about the Northridge project. Johan, what version was used to create the project?  It sounds like you had the project set up, had the layout designed, and then upgraded to 2.1.2, correct?  Do you have other similar projects where this has happened, or is it in one particular project? What happens if you save the layout as a Layout File (pagx) and then Add and Open that layout file?  Does functionality come back? As for the crashing, are there consistent steps that lead to the crash?  If you're able to give us some steps and send the .dmp file that is generated in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ErrorReports we could have the team take a look. Are you on 2.1.2? 1. Are you talking about clicking in/on a polygon?  If not, please provide more details so that we can understand the issue. 2. Edit cell size when exporting a raster: 3. What kind of process?  Like running a geoprocessing tool?  When you say click on a layer to see options, do you mean to open the layer properties and the layer properties window is only half there, or the context menu itself is only half there?  Is it cut off?  If you could provide some specifics and a screenshot that would be great.  Check your system resources against the ArcGIS Pro 2.1 system requirements—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop .  And make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date.  Is the process you're running eating up much of your resources?  Does the menu hang happen with all processes or only certain processes?
