Thanks, Tom. You're right that the height can now be controlled in ArcGIS Pro 2.2, which does provide a way to fully control the size of the bar. Like you note, the mouse-drag method does not work, and yes, there is some design behind why it was decided to not have everything including text scale when you decide to change the size of the bar. But because there is some work happening around that mouse-drag functionality that may be pertinent to the scale bar among other elements, such as legend, I wanted to hold off. Cheers

Lindsey, sorry that you're seeing this in 10.6. The workaround is to use the Buffer gp tool. That should respect any selection you have on the layer, so you can still do your selection and buffer.

Thanks for submitting the idea, Andrew. In ArcGIS Pro 2.2 you will have the ability to create new folders within subfolders. I haven't gone back to test in 2.1, but I can say that in 2.2 you can drag/drop shapefiles, file gdbs from one folder to another. As you've pointed out, it isn't currently possible to do this with other file types such as Excel or for folders themselves. So we'll keep the idea open as Reviewed. Thank you.

Amanda, See Pro: Importing Styles should be permanent for a thread that might provide some insight into what you're looking for. In ArcGIS Pro, you could create a project that contains styles referenced from a network location. Save that project as a template and deploy the template to your users or upload it to your portal. When users create projects from the template, their projects will contain the style on the network share. If you need to update the style, update it in the shared folder. This approach might work for you.

Hi Anne. I'm not sure if this is something for Esri's core development team. New OS Data Loading Tools from Esri UK — Esri UK indicates that this is developed by Esri UK. You might contact [email protected] to make this suggestion. Cheers, Kory Kramer Customer Advocacy Lead - Desktop
