Hi! I have an Experience Builder and a Dashboard (which is embedded in the ExB) that I need to copy from my Portal 10.9.1 to my AGO environment in order to be accessible to a few external partners. I have a distributed collaboration set up where I was able to copy the underlying data, but neither of the actual applications copied over. I also tried the same workflow using AGO assistant and can't seem to copy the applications, only the feature services. I really would prefer to not re-build these from scratch and this will be a common workflow for me going forward. Any ideas? Thanks!

Wow this is a HUGE issue! I just upgraded our Enterprise to 10.9.1 and now I'm getting complaints about our heavily used dashboards showing all the popups regardless of map filter. It's now February 2022... has anyone heard an update from Esri?? Do I need to re-build my dashboard in Classic?

100% agree with this. Please make Field Workers be able to export their own data via the Survey123 website. It is a major pain point for us as well.

I ended up working with Esri tech support for a while....two major solutions were that 1) I upgraded our ArcGIS Server machine from 4 to 12 CPUs, and 2) Upgraded Enterprise to the latest version at the time.

Both are the same version and I also did an uninstall and reinstall on the computer that isn’t working. I’m planning on calling tech support but I usually get great and quick feedback from the Survey123 team here!

Thanks! I saw this but no I don’t think that’s the problem? I’m using two Windows 10 PCs (not android), they are on the same network and one works and one doesn’t.

Hi, I recently updated my Survey123 Connect to 3.13.249 (was running a previous 3.13 version from September 2021). Upon updating, I am experiencing weird behavior. I can no longer connect to any samples or templates. When I try to find a sample/template survey I am met with "No Forms Found". I tried creating a new survey and I can't make any edits to it. I get the error "Error: 6 SSL handshake failed". I thought maybe there was a connection (certificate?) issue with my Portal, so I downloaded the Survey123 application on another machine. It works completely fine there, none of the same issues I am having on my primary machine. Can someone help me get this working again? Thanks! @JamesTedrick @ZacharySutherby

Hi - I have had a public-facing Survey123 form in production since the beginning of the year. It uses the geocode appearance on a geopoint field, which used to work in the beta version. However, when 3.13.234 and the full functionality of the geocode appearance was released, my survey broke and I can't get it to work properly anymore. My main problem is that I need the field that has the geocode appearance to be a geopoint question (mapped on the backend). It seems like the new version only works if the appearance is used on a text field, in which case my data isn't mapped on the backend. This ruins my whole workflow because the whole point is to map the data in a dashboard. How can I get the Survey back to working with geopoint capturing the geographic data while also using the geocode appearance? This is a major issue right now because all new data being collected by the public is not getting mapped (and many other consequences). Thanks! @JamesTedrick @IsmaelChivite

Hi - will the Enterprise version of Experience Builder ever be available as a separate install from the main components? I'm frustrated with wanting to build a full experience in 10.8.1 but I notice that a lot of the things I want to try are only available in the AGO version (even simple stuff like the window option for a splash screen). Is there any plan to ship it separately from the rest of Enterprise so that users can take advantage of updates throughout the year? I remember Insights being done like this when it first came out. It would be a HUGE help. Thanks!
