Hi, I used the new ArcGIS Assistant to copy an Experience Builder app from my ArcGIS Online account to my Portal 10.9.1. When I try to open the experience on Portal I get "Oops.. It seems this experience is built with a higher version of ArcGIS Experience Builder. Please upgrade to the latest version to view." I purposely did not use any widgets that are not available in Portal yet so I assumed I'd still be able to open it. Is there any way to view and open my ExB app in Portal? How do I upgrade? Can I do it if I install the developer edition? Recreating the whole Experience from scratch would be a massive undertaking. Thanks!

I'm trying to configure layers in the New Map Viewer. I want to try clustering and some different point symbology. I've tried multiple browsers but I just get a blank panel where I can't configured anything. I'm using 10.9.1 and I'm trying this with hosted and registered feature layers. Nothing works.

Esri will probably have to weigh in here, but mine is set to "Map" instead of Get a File. And my file name is pulling from the survey, not the HTTP file.

Can you attach your Data settings in the Email connector? There should be an edit icon and then screenshot that.

Mine looks the same as yours except a slight difference in the Email connector. For my file name, I'm pulling from the "Create Report" so my file name is 1.feature: attributes: BusinessName (and then I added .pdf to the end). Yours looks like it's coming from the HTTP, not sure if that makes a difference? Also, I can't see your "Data" settings in the email connector, but I have "Map" selected and not "HTTP-Get a file".

Three years after this was initially posted, we are still experiencing the same behavior in Pro 2.9. Has anyone gotten a fix from Esri or a timeline? This has cost us so much time fixing broken maps.

Yes! Thank you. I didn't realize you had to click "Feature Access" (even though already enabled) in server manager in order to view the extra feature access options (perhaps another ArcGIS Idea?). Also, in some Pro documentation I read it says "Feature layers that reference registered data sources do not support sync or export.", but now I'm thinking that is for older versions. Thanks!! You can mark this as implemented or delete it.

Are there any plans/is it possible to enable export capability on registered feature services? I manage the GIS for a team of analysts who have only basic GIS skills. I have published registered feature services of large datasets (millions of point features) to our Portal, which the analysts know how to access directly in the Portal or in ArcGIS Pro. The services must be registered as they update very frequently. The problem is that many of the analysts would like to be able to export small subsets of this data to do their own analysis in Excel, etc., but the option is grayed out in Pro because (I'm assuming) they are registered feature services. As a workaround, I have set some of the analysts up to connect directly to the source EGDB and other databases. But, this complicates/adds confusion and I'd prefer they just go to a single Portal source for all the data. It seems like this is not possible if they want the ability to export?

Hi, I currently use Integromat for some Survey123 workflows. I have a survey where upon submittal, a report is generated and emailed as an attachment to certain users based on a spatial intersect done on-the-fly. I got a notice from Integromat that they are upgrading to a new company called "Make" and stopping support for Integromat in 2023. Before I upgrade to Make, can someone on the Survey123 team verify that it will still work the same way? Has Esri done any testing? Thanks!
