I suggest that you check with your IT staff. If your HP DesignJet T520 printer shows up as a printer option, but large format paper sizes do not, then it sounds like the printer driver was not installed correctly or completely. That's all I can guess.

Steve: Right-click anywhere in the white space of your layout and choose Page and Print Setup. Find your printer in the top drop-down, choose a paper size and I usually check the Use Printer Paper Settings option. When you choose >File >Print, choose ArcPress Printer from the Printer Engine drop-down. Then click on the Properties button next to ArcPress Printer. ArcPress Printer engine will use your computer's RAM to rip the image and send it ripped to the printer rather than using the printer's lame onboard processor and RAM. It results in much faster print jobs. Put a check mark in the Save Paper option. This will automatically rotate the print page to short edge first.

Just an FYI... We have just implemented single sign-on with our corporate Microsoft Office 365 account. From inside our filewall, access to AGOL works from an Internet Explorer browser, but now fails with Chrome browser. The only answer I could find to resolve this issue was changing settings to disable Extended Protection for Authentication on the server or client side. Our IT is unwilling to make that change for security reasons. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh852537.aspx This is too bad, since we found Chrome to be the more stable and reliable browser for AGOL versus IE. I have no experience testing with the Firefox browser.

I, too, have experienced the same behavior with an FGDB created with ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced 10.2.1. It sure would be handy if AGOL recognized domains established within a zipped/uploaded FGDB.

Wayne: I'm not sure that you can georeference a raster in ArcGIS Online (AGOL). You may want to consider: ArcGIS for Desktop http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//009t000000mn000000 ArcGIS Explorer for Desktop (free) http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisexplorer/2500/en/add_raster_data.htm

Ruth: Cool! I visited Scotland in 2000 and spent most of my time in the West of Scotland. Isle of Skye, Isle of Harris & Lewis, etc. Beautiful country! Anyway, I created an ArcMap document, set the coordinate system to British National Grid and then I created a square polygon on top of the town of Ullapool that is 500m by 500m and exported it to a shapefile. I zippped the shapefile and uploaded it to AGOL. I zoomed to the polygon and measured it corner to corner in the east/west direction and north/south direction. I get 500m plus or minus one meter (mouse clicking accuracy) every time. See attached shapefile and give it a try yourself. I'm fairly certain that the display coordinate system in AGOL cannot be changed from Web Merc. Do you think that it is purdent to be using Google Maps as your gold standard for accuracy of measurements? Do you have ArcGIS for Desktop (ArcMap) available at your desktop? Jenn: When you sign into AGOL and author a map, that is "your" map. You save it and then share it to "everyone" if you want the public to see it. When the public finds your map, they can view it and add more data layers to it, but they cannot save over your version of the map. They do, however, have the option to save a "copy" of your map as their own map. Once again, they cannot overwrite your map. While signed into your account, share the map to everyone and then also copy the map's URL. Sign out of your account and paste the URL into a new browser tab. Your public facing map should open and you should see a "Sign in" button in the upper right-hand corner proving you are view the map not as yourself.

Taylor: Two things come to mind. In #8 of this thread, you mention uploading data from ArcMap to AGOL using "Add Layer from File". I'm not sure what that means. Try pushing your ArcMap data to AGOL via >File >Share As >Service. The result will be a Hosted Feature Service. Secondly, not every layer "Type" in the table-of-contents of an AGOL map is able to have its attribute table exposed or filtered. See my capabilities table, below.
