Technically, if a user can query your service, he or she will be able to save the query result, I don't think you can stop that from happening. However, you have control what information you want to expose in a query, where the query is initiated, etc.

The software has settings to protect the sensitive data from being downloaded. If it's an ArcGIS server service, check this out: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/10.9.1/publish-services/windows/editor-permissions-for-feature-services.htm If it's a hosted feature layer, the following link may help you out: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/manage-hosted-feature-layers.htm

Depending on what license you have. if it's a production license you can use for your production, if it's some sort of trial license, you should not use for production. To deactivate a license, you can create a new license to replace the old one in My Esri. If you are not sure, the best way to find out is to contact your local Esri distributor.

The following blog by @KellyGerrow explains it so well. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-blog/so-you-want-to-display-a-bazillion-features-on-the/ba-p/889828 Even better, she has another blog providing solutions for this situation: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/data-management/mapping/strategies-to-effectively-display-large-amounts-of-data-in-web-apps/ Hope this helps

I'd suggest to check the records in the feature layer to see if there are any suspicious values. Someone came across the similar issue in the following post, it may be useful for you. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/arcgis-online-error-edits-could-not-be-saved/td-p/1149026

I am afraid you'll have to recreate these special hosted feature layer view. Normally when you change the owner of a hosted feature layer, ownership changes for its dependent hosted feature layer views. but this becomes complicated for the joint features hosted feature layer view, because it involves multiple hosted services. Webmap print is not always what you see is what you get (wysiwyg). What happens when printing a webmap: The application will send the webmap in a JSON format to the server, and the server will need to re-create the map in an ArcGIS Pro like software environment using all the datasources (all sorts of web services). it’s during this process that something can get missing and cause some errors in the pint map, but the good thing is, this process also provides you opportunities to manipulate the print by creating your own custom print service. Please see details in the following "Advanced printing for web maps": https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/windows/advanced-printing-for-web-maps.htm

Make sure the account you use to connect to the enterprise geodatabase has sufficient permissions: read and write permission. You are the portal admin, so your portal privilege should not be a problem. The credential your service use to connect to the database will be stored in your registered data store. Depending on your enterprise geodatabase authentication: If the data is stored in a database that you access using database authentication, the database user you provide when registering the database must have permissions to the data. If you access data through operating system authentication, add the ArcGIS Server account to the database and grant it permissions to the resources that it needs to access. When the service runs, it will sign in to the database management system as the ArcGIS Server account. Hope this helps.

Ok, that means it's not an ArcGIS Enterprise platform issue, it's an application issue. Try to configure an EXB web app with the out-of-box widgets, I mean without any customization and see if it works. if it works in the map viewer, it should work in this case. If you can prove it's the application issue caused by the customization, you'll have to get the developer to fix it. Please keep this in mind, when you upgrade your ArcGIS Enterprise, those customized code won't be upgraded automatically, you'll need the developer to upgrade the code accordingly.

Simply put, I'll use WebGISDR as part of the business continuity plan (make sure to test it on a new deployment to make sure it works). and when I need to do an ArcGIS upgrade, I'll engage the IT department to do VM snapshots, plus a full WebGISDR backup.

Esri doesn't explicitly say how deep the nested group layer can be, but I have to say it's extremely rare to see a digital map with more than 3 levels of group layers. Performance aside, the map readability/usability suffers when it becomes so complicated. I'd break up the map into multiple maps rather than organise the content as one map with >3 levels of group layers.

as far as I know, there is no direct relationship between widgets and portal user types. having said that, it makes sense to have permissions to create content in portal when you use analysis widget. You'll have to think of user authentication and authorization in your EXB application, if you want widgets to respond differently for different user types?...

what OS are you using? The only requirement for CPU is x86_64 architecture (64bit), and the OS can be Linux or Windows. I'd check the other system requirements first and reinstall if the system meets the minimal requirements, particularly when the CPU works for 11.2. Do you have the same issue when loading the web map in ArcGIS Portal Map Viewer? If the webmap loads fine in the map viewer, it means something is wrong with your web application. The screenshot shows you are loading the webmap in a custom web application, some of the code may be causing the issue. for example, some libraries may fail to load before the application is initialized, and it's kind of random. Please see if the following post helps. Solved: Re: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of null - Esri Community
