You can get a list of folders at the user content REST endpoint ArcGIS REST API and do a match on the Survey name to the folder's id. This is for auto-scanning a user's content to discover survey feature services?

Ownership can be changed via the ArcGIS Online item management interface (Manage items—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS ). 1) As an admin (or have your admin), login to www.arcgis.com 2) Go to 'My Organization' (If you are the admin, you can go to 'My Items' and skip the next step). 3) Go to the survey owner's entry, click on it to show a user info popup and select 'Manage Items' 4) The survey form and feature service are located in a folder Survey-<Survey Name>. Click on that folder and then check both items. 5) Click on the 'Change Owner' button. Select the new owner. Create a new folder with the same name as the existing user's folder and select it. Then select change owner.

The synchronization script downloads the data in the Survey123 Feature Service and then creates/updates a set of tables in the EGDB. It maintains relationships and attachments.

Hi Jay, Relationship classes can only be created between tables and feature classes within the same geodatabase. In terms of migrating your Survey123 data to an enterprise geodatabase, we're just finishing up a blog post describing it; in the meantime, you could try out a sample script designed to synchronize the data - GitHub - tedrick/SyncSurvey: Synchronize a Hosted Featuer Service to an Enterprise Geodatabase (it's not foolproof; another user was having some issues that I had trouble replicating). In terms of the survey going directly to your own ArcGIS Server service, it's a planned expansion of the the submission_url property of the survey - Submission URL—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS . Currently submission_url only supports other hosted services, whether using Portal or ArcGIS Online.

Hi Daniel, This came up in another conversation: https://community.esri.com/thread/185265-time-field-changes-when-i-download-data-from-gisonline . In short, time in ArcGIS Online is always stored and retrieved in UTC - your browser knows the difference in time. I outlined some ways to work with time data in ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro if you're using those tools; if not you can make the modification manually.

Hi Priscilla, Currently, we don't support showing the existing survey points on the map inside Survey123. We do envision needing this functionality as part of editing existing features, so it's on our road map. You can visualize the results as they are coming ing on a device by combining Survey123 with Explorer or Collector, which are map centric applications.

Hi Peter, In the scenario you mention, you could use a combination of the required and relevant- if you have the ${House_Damaged} = "Yes" set for the relevant statement for the damage type, you can then set retired to 'yes' - this will cause the field to display and be required. Survey123 ignores the required condition when a question is not displayed (as it can't be filled out).

The proper appearance name for is autocomplete . If the only modification is the list of choices, the existing survey data won't be affected and your inspectors will only need to download the new form. If you are using ArcGIS Tools to work with the survey results, be aware that there are some issues with subsequent changes to select lists- those values are stored as domains in the feature service on initial publish and are not updated when modified. Hi, All the times in ArcGIS Online are stored in UTC; the data looks correct in your browser because the web pages are automatically compensating for your local time zone (as provided by your system settings). If you are using ArcGIS Desktop, some tools to work with time zone data include: - Setting the time zone in the feature layer Why set a temporal reference—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop and time display settings: Setting the time zone you want to visualize your data in—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop - using the 'Convert Time Zone' tool: Convert Time Zone—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

Survey123 only supports 1 image to accompany a question. I would suggest trying to combine the images together using a image editing tool if you have 2 images. If this is a select_one or select_multiple, 1 image per answer is also supported in the choices tab. From a visual layout perspective, you could have a note immediate before the question that has the image as well.

Hi, I've tracked down the cause of the issue- there's a mismatch in the name of directory Survey123 expects the tiles to be inside the tpk and the actual name used inside the tpk. Until the issue is addressed, this would be a workaround for using tpk files generated by Export Tile Cache tool; it requires you have 7zip installed: Generate the tpk file using the Export Tile Cache tool In Windows Explorer, right-click on the tpk file, select '7zip > Open Archive' In the 7zip window, double click into the servicedescriptions folder and then double-click into the map server folder You should see a mapserver.json file; right-click on the file and select 'Open' Look for the entry "mapName" and copy the value. In the image below, it is 'Map22' In the 7zip window, proceed up (icon to the left of the adds) until you get back to the root of the tpk file. Double-click into the 'v101' folder. You should see a directory with a name that is not the same as the mapName value from step 5. Rename it to the mapName value and then close 7zip. The file should now be readable by Survey123.

Yes, if you are using the 1.8 Survey123 application for collecting the points, you should not have seen null geometries; instead you should have seen points at 0,0.
