Hi, Apologies for the delay in response.  The today() function stores a value representative of local 12:00 noon for the date in question (refer to the function table in Formulas—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation ).  If you are trying to compare a whole date, I would suggest using format-date() to extract the day, month and year components and compare with the day, month and year of the date you are comparing. ... The transfer of data between systems is more of a function of the ArcGIS Enterprise system the Survey123 form would be used with rather than a direct function of Survey123.  The Health and Human Services‌ team mat be a more appropriate resource to discuss this issue.   Survey123 data can be easily used in an ArcGIS Dashboard - the data submitted by Survey123 is stored in a Feature Layer, which is a data type used natively by the Dashboard. ... Hi Alec, Apologies for the delay in response.  The form and feature service must be registered in the same ArcGIS environment (Online/Enterprise) as you would log into to access the Hub components.  In this scenario (Hub is in ArcGIS Online), you would need to treat an Enterprise feature service as if it were a stand-alone service (as it is in a different security environment) and register it into ArcGIS Online as a proxied item and then create a form based on the feature service; instructions for this can be found at registering the service with ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. ...
