Hi Edwin, Can you confirm you are using the latest version of Survey123 (3.11.123)? Are you able to share your form? If not, could you open an Esri Support case so that we can diagnose what is occurring?

Hi, Yes, currently text entry can't be made required. As I mentioned above, we are about to introduce in the Early Adopter Community (beta testing) a new input method for locations in Survey123 that I believe may meet what you are looking for.

Hi, It looks like the issue is with Power Automate's 'Add a row into table' action - this is beyond what we can provide help for with Survey123. That being said, https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Update-Row-in-Excel-doesn-t-find-any-tables-Microsoft-Flow/td-p/2298 seems to address this issue (needing an actual table object in your worksheet).

Hi Hailey, It sounds like you either had some form changes or network issues that caused previous surveys. You should be able to delete records that can't submit by tapping on the ... button on the record in the Outbox.

Hi, As noted in Prepare baseman's for offline use, Survey123 only displays the basemap layer for offline areas generated in ArcGIS Online.

Hi, This is a question concerning MS Power Automate syntax, so we can provide limited help. Doing a little bit of testing, it appears that the Power Automate preferred syntax for accessing webhook outputs may have been updated. The easiest way to see this is to create a formula that uses one of the inputs (as @IsmaelChivite did in the blog post). In his blog post, he had: addseconds('1970-1-1', Div(triggerBody()?['feature']?['attributes']?['mydate'],1000) , 'yyyy-MM-dd') When I attempt the same calculation in Power Automate, I am now seeing: addSeconds('1970-01-01', div(triggerOutputs()?['body/feature/attributes/date_survey'], 1000), 'yyyy-MM-dd') Note the change from an array-like access specification to a directory/tree-like access specification; this appears to be caused by the use of triggerOutputs instead of triggerBody. This article does a reasonable job of explaining the triggerOutputs/triggerBody difference in the formulas.

Hi Lindsey, The map widget on the form does have a place search box where someone can type their address. We have heard from many users, though, that they want to input the address, without necessarily having the map option to set location. We are just about to introduce this as a beta feature - please keep an eye on the Survey123 Early Adopter Community!

Hi Paul, Refer to the General Functions – Integromat Support and Array Functions – Integromat Support - between them you can get the length of an array and then get the element at the position of length (apparently the array index starts at 1) to get the last item.

Hi Paul, You should be able to get paths[], which you could then feed into to 2 for each to then do the point calc.

Hi Gary, Is that when opening the form directly in a web page? I'd suggest opening a formal support ticket - it appears there are potentially a couple of different issue occurring.

The choices presented in a Survey123 form are defined by the form file, not the list of choices (as mentioned above, lists of choices should never be used for a multiple choice question). Removing the list from he feature service does not affect Survey123; other applications that display a dropdown to let the user choose 1 choice would be affected.

Hi Gary, Based on the description, your second half operation is using the web form, correct? Can you provide details on the configuration of the form - what version was it published with, is version locking still on? You are using ArcGIS Enterprise, correct? Which version? The error message looks to be one created by the feature service on submittal - can you check the ApplyEdits request being generated by the web form?

Hi Erica, The fix is only in the web map that displays the results, not the form. The blog post Labels for Multiple Choice Questions Using Arcade describes how to make a custom Arcade expression for viewing the list of choices; you would then modify the web map's pop-up to not display the multiple choice question directly, but rather the Arcade expression.
