Have you tried using GeometryEngine.CreatePointAlong() If your starting point is not the beginning of the polyline, you'll first need to create a new polyline from the original one which starts at required starting point.

Have you tried using the OutputSpatialReference and OutputDatumTransformation propeties on the NMEALocationDatasource. These will project the location coming out of the datasource https://developers.arcgis.com/net/api-reference/api/netfx/Esri.ArcGISRuntime/Esri.ArcGISRuntime.Location.NmeaLocationDataSource.html

Its possible you've encountered a bug. I would expect all the fields in the locator to be available. The LocatorTask has a locatorInfo property that provides information about the locator. After the task is loaded, can you inspect the ResultAttributes to see if it includes the phone field? If it doesn't, that would explain why you aren't seeing it in the results. What version of Pro was used to build the locator? What version of the .net sdk are you using?

You are on the right track. The services used by the BasemapStyle API under the hood are the standard endpoints from ArcGIS Location services. These are accessible via API keys or by ArcGIS Developer or Online accounts. You cannot use ArcGIS Enterprise accounts with these.

Unfortunately, I am out of my depth here. My suggestion would be to start with the example shown in the ArcPy documentation and tweak one parameter at a time and see if the wkt yields a valid spatial reference. Out of curiosity, what are you trying to achieve?

You are definitely getting into very advanced territory. I personally haven't ever defined a custom spatial reference, but I am aware that it's possible and has been used by some GIS professionals. You might want to ask how to go about creating a custom spatial reference in the GIS savvy places such as ArcGIS Pro or Coordinate Systems

You can create a custom spatial reference using the well-known text format of coordinate system You'll need to use this method - https://developers.arcgis.com/android/api-reference/reference/com/esri/arcgisruntime/geometry/SpatialReference.html#create(java.lang.String) The syntax of the well known text is described here - https://docs.geotools.org/stable/javadocs/org/opengis/referencing/doc-files/WKT.html This documentation of ArcPy in ArcGIS Pro has some examples of wkt strings https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/classes/spatialreference.htm

If I add a layer to the map, then ask it what layers it has, I expect to see the layer I just added in the list Adding a layer to a map does work the way you described. However, the basemap style scenario you are discussing is entirely different. It seems reasonable to have the basemap layer be there upon inspection even if it's not loaded yet. No that is not possible. The definition of the basemap style resides in a backing REST webservice and not within the native api itslef. The api needs to determine the contents (layers) of the style asynchronously by consulting the backing service with a valid api key. This happens lazily during the load process. So the basemap needs to be loaded to populate it with the appropriate layers

Thank you for submitting this idea. This feature is in our backlog and something we would like to provide. I don't have any concrete timelines to share at the moment, but we'll try our best to get to it as soon as possible. In the meantime, I wanted to point you at SceneView's ImageOverlays in the SDK which allow you to overlay images in 3D. We do plan to support the same thing in 2D in an upcoming release which may provide a good alternative until we have a media layer equivalent.

Can you inspect the fields of the feature service layer and see if it contains duplicate objectid fields. This sometimes happens if the service was published containing joins between datasets. if so, you can rename the duplicate field and republish the service to resolve this issue
