I'm experimenting with setting up webhooks in both Integromat and Microsoft Flow. I'm new to webhooks, so I could easily be doing something wrong... The workflow that I'm trying to implement is to send an email on survey submission. I can't seem to get the Microsoft Flow webhook to work at all. I'm using the Office 365 Outlook Connector and utilizing my work email. It seems simple enough. When I test it out, I get no results. With Integromat, I'm using "Webhooks" and "Office 365 Email". It works great when I submit the survey through the web interface, but does not work if I submit the survey through the Survey123 app on my iPad. Why would it not work when submitting through the iPad? I would also be interested to know more about how to attach 1 or more attachments (photos captured in a repeat within a survey) within an email using Integromat, Microsoft Flow, etc. James Tedrick Ismael Chivite - There was mention at the Conference that there would be some tutorial writeups on webhooks coming out soon. I sure can't wait to see them!

Thanks for the confirmation Seth. I suspected that there was no way to get the attributes to display in-line. That seems crazy to me! I understand going from a 1:M that you can't easily display attributes in-line, but to go from M:1 seems like a no-brainer! ESRI - FIX THIS!

Hi Jimmy, Thanks for the reply. I'm well aware of the "Show Related Records" option. That is not the problem. When displaying the popup for a layer that shares a many to one relationship with another layer, I'd like to display the attributes for the related layer (the one side of the relationship) in the popup, without having to click on the "Show Related Records" link. What ends up being displayed a is summary count, rather than the actual attributes.

I've created a Survey123 app that collects basic survey data (date, time, observer, weather, etc.) and then allows for many wildlife observations (species, quantity, XY Location, etc.). So there is a 1:many relationship between the "Survey" info and the "Observations". I have created a webmap in ArcGIS Online that displays the many "Observations" and I would like to include the "Survey" attributes within the popup. But all it allows is a count value instead of the actual text values. How do I get the text values? This is crazy if this can't be done! I get all of the "child" attributes just fine, but can't get the "parent" values to display in the popup. Any suggested workarounds?

Hi Kelly, I've set up a Citizen Science Reporter app for the public to submit observations which can include photos. I've also set up a companion Citizen Science Manager app which allows managers in my organization to review records and photos that have been submitted from the public. The Reporter app has a field that I'm using as a filter, so that only records that have been reviewed (and "approved") by managers will show up in the Reporter app for public consumption. The reason that I'd like to have a "delete record" option for both the record as well as photos is primarily for junk or spam submissions. I'm particularly concerned about inappropriate photos being loaded. I do have the filter in place that will prevent junk/spam/inappropriate records from showing to the public in the Reporter app (until approved by managers in the manager app). But it would be nice to have the ability to easily delete records and/or related photos in the manager app. Why keep the junk/spam/inappropriate content in the data? Delete it and be done with it! I realize that the data can be edited and deleted through other means (Map Viewer, ArcMap, ArcPro, etc.) but I was hoping for a simple and easy solution for the managers who don't have the know how for editing in other environments. Thanks! Ken

Does anyone know how to delete data in the Citizen Science Manager app? I have deployed both the Citizen Science Reporter and Manager in our organizational account. Everything works great, but I'd like the "Managers" to be able to delete records if needed. That doesn't seem to be a built in or a configurable option. I can edit records, but not delete them. Any ideas?

The only details I have that might help to reproduce the problem is that this is a brand new iPad mini 4 with up to date iOS. The problem initially presented itself on my work wifi connection (no vpn connection). The wifi connection is generally fairly fast. I took the iPad home and tried downloading on my home wifi connection, which usually runs around 50mbps download speeds. It failed to download there as well. The map that I was trying to download was the California map (2.2 gb) and the USA West Region map (5.6 gb). I was successful in downloading the much smaller Monaco map (82.2 mb) and the TutorialMobileMapPackage (95.9 mb). It seems as though it might have something to do with the downloading of the much larger files. I would have to contact my Department's IT staff in order to figure out any of the details on our wifi connection.

Hi Joel, That seemed to work just fine with side loading the maps through iTunes! Thanks for the help. I don't know if this points to the problem being our wifi connection or something else, as I've tried to download the maps on multiple wifi connections. Maybe those larger files just time out on the downloads. But the iTunes solution works! Thanks, Ken

Joel, I was able to download the California map on my computer at work, but through a wired connection - not wireless. If the problem seems to be large downloads on my iPad, is there any other method to get the maps downloaded on the iPad besides the wireless connection through Navigator?

Hi Joel, I was successfully able to download both maps. I'm also able to see both in ArcGIS Online. I am in the process of downloading the California map through ArcGIS that was giving me trouble in Navigator. It will probably take awhile on my work connection...

The download always fails after an hour or more of downloading. It reads "Invalid Map" and always has downloaded 368 bytes. Then the error message reads - "Failed to Open Map. This map is not compatible with this version of Navigator. Please update the mobile map package." It does this for any and all maps that I try to download. This is on a brand new iPad mini which should have more than enough room on it to store maps. Ken

I am trying out Navigator for the first time, on a brand new iPad mini 4 running iOS 10.2.1. I can login to Navigator, but when I try to download either the California map or the USA WEST Region map, they bomb out after quite awhile of downloading. I have tried the download on numerous wifi connections, and it is always the same result. Any ideas? I believe these are ESRI created maps...

Hi Adrian, Did you ever figure out how to use the floating panes with non-AMD code and version 3.7? I'm having no luck. I even notice that ESRI's own sample doesn't work - https://developers.arcgis.com/en/javascript/jssamples/gp_clipasync.html There is no visible floating pane on the sample. Anyone have any ideas, or better yet a functioning, non-AMD sample? Thanks, Ken

I'll agree with the previous poster that it would be nice if we had the option of just creating hyperlinks to the data outside the geodatabase. Most folks (I think) already have an file management structure in place (network storage, cloud storage, etc.) and to force folks to duplicate the data by embedding it in the geodatabase isn't always a workable solution. You might look at samples that utilize a .csv file to display point graphics. Here is a link to one example If you can dump out a static copy of your database to a .csv file, then you should be able to create an application that doesn't necessarily need ArcGIS Server to render the data. The sample above plots a point graphic for each set of coordinates in the csv file. Ken
