Randall, Share the web app with a group and direct your members to that location...they would still be able to search for and find the underlying web map but may not need to if they have a direct access point via the group?

I haven't experienced this specific issue but have had some "weird" interface issues from time to time. When I do encounter issues I also have found trying things out in Incognito Mode in Chrome and/or clearing browser cache.

Possibly a browser compatibility issue? Try a different browser or machine to see if you can replicate the problem.

Nicholas, When on the Add data from my spreadsheet dialog click the drop-down under Location Type then select More. You should see your address locator on under the Address section on the Standard Locations tab.

Right on Neil...right click and select Stretch Topology Proportionately. Then double-click on the shared node (it should turn pink) and then move the node. All shared lines should move with it. It think this is your fix!

Double click on the shared line to show the vertices, you can then select and move just one vertex.

Kevin, As far as I know symbol levels are not retained when converting to AI...you will have to re-order the features in AI, put each level on a separate layer in AI, or break your lines at the transition end points. The PDF and EPS "look" correct since they are simply a rendering of the actual vector line data.

Mark, After you change the symbology for the layer click the More Options button next to the layer in the Contents section and select Save Layer from the list. This applies to configuring pop-ups as well.

Kind of a shot in the dark but you may consider deleting your Normal.mxt to reset your ArcMap Application settings. Here is a great thread going over the steps and location of that file: Resetting your ArcGIS application profile

Mike you can always use a bookmark for each view...by doing so you can set each extent and return to it at anytime in your layout.

Juliana Check out this thread...I think you will find your answer. You can create a group and allow all group members the ability to update items shared with that group. "Share" Web Map Application (Story Map) for Editing
