Craig, Thanks for replying and including your feedback on the Python scripts. You're correct, they do have a lot of parameters; we chose to go in that direction to provide the most flexibility for users; but it does mean there are a lot of parameters for the script. Hi Kevin, I just tested this out with Workforce and can confirm it is working - I added a layer to my _dispatchers web map; similar to how Ricky showed in his post.  I then opened the web map settings and configured a layer to search on. I made sure to launch workforce again; we only read the settings when the web map is loaded so if they are changed when the web map is opened; they may not appear. Craig ... View more

JP, I took a quick look and notice that there are a few named users in the group that are not in the Workers feature service.  I'm guessing these are the ones you tried to add that failed; can you confirm? If you can reproduce this, even if it's inconsistent, I'll ask you to create a HAR file using Chrome and send it to me. I think you have my email; if you don't, lemme know when you reply with the confirmation and I'll send it to you. Here's the steps to create the HAR file: Start up workforce.arcgis.com and sign in Open the dev tools from the menu in Chrome (Menu > Tools > Developer tools) Click on the Network tab Look for a round button at the top left of the Network tab. Make sure it is red. If it is grey, click it once to start recording. Check the box next to Preserve log. In workforce, try and add one of the named users to the project.  Wait for the error to appear. In the developer tools save the capture by right-clicking on the grid and choosing "Save as HAR with Content” If adding the named user succeeds, click the Clear button (to the right of the round, red, record button) and start again. Hi JP, We have gotten reports on a few issues with the v1.1 update; however, we haven't heard of issues similar to ones you are reporting.  I've tried to reproduce the issues but haven't been able to. Hi Colin, thanks for posting your question. I'm assuming your problem logging in is because your Organization is set to use https but you were using the http protocol.  Workforce supports https at 1.1 and therefore if your Organization is enabled for https support you will need to use that over http. With regards to not seeing any of your workers; we have gotten a report related to this.  Do you have any Workers in your project that are pointing to named users who have been removed from the Organization? Raul, yes, you can use ArcGIS Pro to load data from a csv file (or other format) into any feature service.  Without knowing what format the location/address is for the csv, I'll provide a rough overview: - Create a feature class for the csv file - Using any of the data loading tools; you could use the Append GP tool for example, load the contents of the feature class into the Assignments feature service. - You'll need to properly field map your feature class to the Assignments feature service; here's a link to our doc which explains the Workforce schema --> Workforce schema—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  - You'll want to focus on the section "Create an assignment through the REST API"; this explains the fields that must be populated for assignment to be created properly. Sum of the offline discussion on this issue.  The named user was a Dispatcher and not a Worker in the project being opened using Workforce (Android) mobile.  Dispatchers do not have access to the project through the mobile app. Once Timo added the user as a Worker to the project, the Worker was able to open the project.
