Matt, Glad to hear you'll find the ability to search for Work Order ID handy; the team discussed including the Work Order ID in the To Do list of Assignments and went back and forth on it. In the end, we decided to not include it in the List; but to include it in the Assignment details. The reason being, the Work Order ID value can be quite long (we allow up to 255 characters to handle this) and including it would cause issues in the layout of the rest of the information in the list. We haven't gotten many requests to allow the Project Owner to configure the look and feel (i.e. which fields are available and where) in the mobile app; but I'll keep your comments in our backlog to see if it comes up from other users. Hi Matt, thanks for your question on Workforce. At this time the field values and display name are not configurable. We also don't provide the ability to allow the fields displayed in the mobile app to be configurable; i.e. your use of allowing the assigned date/time to be displayed. Can you go into more detail on the use case to allow the Worker to configure what fields they can see? How would this be controlled, is it per project or at the app level? We do allow the worker to: - Search for the Work Order ID - Sort their assignment list by Newest/Assigned Date

Hi Anthony, The location data does contain a date/time stamp; but those fields are not visible by default. You can change the pop-up configuration for the layer and enable the date/time fields to display. Craig

Can you go into any more detail on other examples of "When an Assignment is raised in a third party application it would be useful if lots of things could be contained in the Assignment and not just a workOrderId"? Hello Angel, Workers cannot open a project using the Workforce web application. Can you provide some more details on the use case for a Worker to access a Workforce Project from a webpage? Regards, Craig

Anthony, Apologize for the delay in responding over the holidays. Workforce on Android does not currently support OpenStreetMap as a basemap; we will have a more informative message with the 1.0 release and will be working on support for OpenStreetMap in a follow-on release. Craig

Jake, While we have gotten a report on an issue related to Workforce that coincided with the Online update; it did not deal with timeouts. We haven't gotten any other reports of timeout issues after the 4.4 update. I appreciate the extra information - please make sure this makes its way to Tech Support so they can follow-up - they are your best resource on this. Craig

David, You should be able to invite one of my named users in ArcGIS Online. In the Users tab for the Workforce project, uncheck the check box under the User dropdown. Then search for my name. Craig

Hi Jake, We've gotten similar reports like this from other users; the cause of this is usually when a named user is in the project that no longer exists. Reasons for this include: Removing the named user from the organization Mis-spelled named user in the Workers feature service I'm guessing it's the first issue. One easy way to test this is to look at the Users tab in the Configuration page and see if there are any empy/blank badges. We are working on a fix for this for our 1.2 release. Craig

David, It looks like you're using the Android app. Do you have access to an iOS device? If so, can you test what happens with the iOS version? There could be a number of reasons for the layers not appearing; are they secured layers? Can you add me to the project so I can take a look at it? Craig
