Glen, we always really appreciate the feedback from your group, thank you for taking the time to outline it here and in the email. I've added it to the issue that we're using to track the enhancement. You are correct, you're not the only group who is asking for this capability and it's one we'd like to add in an upcoming release. Supporting the multiple inspection workflow, specifically for building inspections, is one of the main use cases. As we define what release we'll target this work for, we'll keep you updated on it. thanks, Craig

Hello Kyle, thanks for your question on Workforce. We currently support 1 survey form per Workforce Project. We do have an enhancement in our backlog to provide the ability to extend this and allow survey forms to be specified at the assignment type level. I've added your comments and use to the issue. Hi Erich, Great questions. With 1.0, we do not support toggling layers in the web map from Workforce web app. It's also not in our upcoming 1.1 update. We do have this in our backlog but we haven't gotten many requests on it yet. Thanks for the feedback on querying/searching for features for managing assignment creation. I'll add this to our repo as well. Craig

Hi Carl, In the Mobile app, do you see the option to view the attachments? Or is that option missing completely? Can you attach a screenshot of what you see in the Mobile app? If the problem is that you can see the option to view attachments but have an error opening them; what is the error? thanks, Craig

Hi Justin, The message and behavior you see when the "Allow standard SQL" setting is unchecked is by design. Well support sorting by Due Date with this setting in our 1.1 update later this month. In in terms of the original problem you're having, I'm a little stumped. Can you invite me into your organization and add me as a dispatcher to the project do I can take a look? David, This is not supported in the 1.0 release of Workforce but we are working on it for our 1.1 update which is planned for late August. In that update, we'll support searching using the web map search configurations. For geocoding, we will support the default geocoder for the organization. Craig

Hello, thanks for your question on Workforce. We're targeting Android support for later this year, beginning of Q4. We're working on the first Windows 10 Beta for Workforce and it should be ready in early August. We're targeting the 1.0 release for Windows around the same time as Android. Craig

Hi Peter, thanks for your question on Workforce. Our recommendation for bulk importing assignments from a csv file or similar file is to use one of the Python scripts we've written and published in our git repo: GitHub - Esri/workforce-scripts: A set of scripts to help administer Workforce projects. Alternatively, since Workforce is driven by feature services, you can use any of the tools you would use in ArcGIS Pro to load data from a csv file into the Assignments feature service. We'll have a doc topic available within the week that describes how to do this or you can log in to the Beta site and review this topic Craig

Thanks Ali, thanks for following up. A couple follow-on questions: Can you go into some detail on your scenario where workers would be using both Collector and Survey123 in the same project? Can you talk about the scenario where you have different web maps or surveys for different assignments? I agree that you want to the Worker to be using the right web map or survey for their work; but it's not a use case we've come across where a single Workforce Project uses Collector and Survey123. Examples of your project and the scenarios you're trying to solve would really help to dig into this. thanks, Craig
