Kevin, I see in the Workforce administrators troubleshooting page, it says that even if you turn location tracking off, the mobile workers' current locations are still shown on the maps.   Correct.  When location tracking (historic tracks) is disabled, Workforce will continue to update the Last Known Location of those Workers who Working Status is set to Working.  It will not update the Last Known Location of those Workers who Working Status is set to On Break or Not Working Looking at the database schema then, is the mobile app updating the Shape field of the Workers table when location tracking is turned off? Hi Kevin, can you send a few screenshots of what you are seeing in the Configure Popup dialog?  Can you also confirm that you are signed in as the owner of the feature layer/services? You will see a lock icon next to those fields in the Attribute Table; that is because the field values cannot be edited; however, the popup configuration should be editable. thanks, Craig ... Hi Kevin, You should be able to edit the pop-up configuration for the CreationDate and EditDate fields.  In the Configure pop-up dialog, when you select either field; you should be able to change the Date format to something like mm/dd/yyyy which will enable the "ShowTime" checkbox. Hi Craig, I've checked with the Collector team and we don't recall hearing this issue come up before.  The best way to approach this is to contact Tech Support so they can trouble shoot the issue.  They will probably ask you to confirm if this happens with all web maps or just a single web map.  If you'd like to send me the Incident Number so we can track it's progress, feel free to DM me. Hi Laura, thanks for your question. Workforce does not currently support an offline mode; but that is in our roadmap to support.  We are targeting the second half of this year. If a user looses network / wifi connection while using the Workforce app; they will still have access to their assignments in a read-only manner, until they establish their network / wifi connection. Devra, If the goal is to use Workforce; I think you best choice is to use named user thumbnails that identify the worker. That would fall inline with the ability we've added in Workforce to better identify the worker using their thumbnail. Hi Devra, It really depends on the purpose behind distinguishing workers/employees based on their organization or some other attribute.  Do you need to do this as part of the Dispatcher's workflow for assigning new work assignments?  Or, is it for other members in the organization to view the workers location along with their organization.  Are you able to go into a little more detail on that Devra? The Workforce web app does not honor the symbology applied to the Workers layer in the web map; we override for the purposes of providing an experience where the Dispatcher can easily view the Workers thumbnail and position when hovering over the Worker in the list.  The Workforce mobile app will honor the symbology change. Hi Ala, Workforce will only list Survey123 forms that are shared with a Group to which you have access.  As Carmel points out, the easiest way to do this is to share the Survey123 form with the Workforce Project group.
