Jake, While we have gotten a report on an issue related to Workforce that coincided with the Online update; it did not deal with timeouts. We haven't gotten any other reports of timeout issues after the 4.4 update. David, You should be able to invite one of my named users in ArcGIS Online. In the Users tab for the Workforce project, uncheck the check box under the User dropdown. Then search for my name. Craig

Hi Jake, We've gotten similar reports like this from other users; the cause of this is usually when a named user is in the project that no longer exists. Reasons for this include: Removing the named user from the organization Mis-spelled named user in the Workers feature service I'm guessing it's the first issue. One easy way to test this is to look at the Users tab in the Configuration page and see if there are any empy/blank badges. We are working on a fix for this for our 1.2 release. Craig

David, It looks like you're using the Android app. Do you have access to an iOS device? If so, can you test what happens with the iOS version? There could be a number of reasons for the layers not appearing; are they secured layers? Can you add me to the project so I can take a look at it? Craig

Cecile, I determined what the problem is; the Location Tracks layer must be in the Worker web map; this is the feature service called "location_histoire". At Beta 0.2.1 for Android; the app expects that layer to be present in the Worker web map. If you add that layer back to the map (it can be turned off), the project should open correctly. Craig

Hi Jamie, Thanks for replying with this extra information. I agree that being able to pass the Address from the Workforce Assignment to Survey123 will be very helpful. This is something we will handle when we add support for passing the Work Order ID. In Ismael's response, he mentioned being able to pass the Location; he was referring to the Location text field that can be used to store the Address information about the assignment location. When we add support for passing the Work Order ID field; we will also add support for passing the Location text field. One question for you; is a single Location/Address field sufficient? Or, do you need more than 1? Craig

Hi Cecile. Ok, I'm guessing the issue is that the worker you want to remove still has assignments associated with them; in another state; such as Completed or Declined. Here's what I suggest; it will require some work in ArcGIS Online: Open the Workers web map in ArcGIS Online Open the Workers layer and find the record for the named user you removed and copy/write down the ObjectID of the record Apply a filter on the assignments layer where WorkerID = the ObjectID you copied in the previous step. This will indicate if the Worker is associated with any assignments You'll need to change the WorkerID to another worker; depending on the number of assignments; you can either do this manually or use the Calculator. If this doesn't work or you have questions on it; please let me know. We are working on a better solution to handle workers that need to be removed from the project who are still associated with assignments. Craig

Can you provide some information on how you'd like to control when the assignments appear on the Inspectors device? Hello Cecile, If I understand your issue correctly; you have a named user in your project that has assignments assigned to them. These assignments have not been started (not completed). You need to remove this named user from the project and delete the named user from your organization. We have a Tip in our doc that covers most of what you need to do: Tips for project owners—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Once you've re-assigned all the work assignments assigned to the named user you want to remove; the Remove/Delete command should become enabled on the Users tab in the configuration page for your project. You can now safely remove the named user from the Project. If you're unable to use these steps; please let me know what you're seeing so I can look into it further. thanks, Craig
