Hi Michael, Thanks for you question on Workforce. You're correct, the typical use case for Workforce involves sending an assignment to a particular worker.  Workforce does not currently support associating assignments with more than 1 worker, but it is something that is in our Backlog, I've added your request to the issue. Hi Charlotte, Yes, you could use Geoforms to populate the assignments in a Workforce Project.  Since the assignments are stored in a feature service, they can be edited and added to from any application that can edit a feature service. If you are going to use Geoforms to populate/add assignments to the feature service, there's a few things to be aware of: - The Workforce Web application ensures that assignments are created with the correct information; i.e. a shape and assignment type and that the other values for an assignment are also correct.  By doing this through Geoforms, you would be taking responsibility for this; take a look at this doc topic for more information: Workforce schema—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  - Duplicates and QA of assignments - make sure you have a handle on duplicates that may get created and the QA of assignments; e.g. you may have multiple users reporting the same issue and each of them would create an assignment; which would lead to duplicates. Kevin, I just went through the same steps are you described: - With a tracks feature service that I own, in the My Contents view, I clicked the dropdown arrow next to it and chose "Add layer to new map" - In the map, I configured the pop-up and made sure the 4 editor tracking fields were checked on for Display - I selected the Creation Date field - When I click on the dropdown next to the Date, it displays the list of available Date options.  You shouldn't be able to type in the Format droplist; but you should be able to click the dropdown arrow. Kevin, I see in the Workforce administrators troubleshooting page, it says that even if you turn location tracking off, the mobile workers' current locations are still shown on the maps.   Correct.  When location tracking (historic tracks) is disabled, Workforce will continue to update the Last Known Location of those Workers who Working Status is set to Working.  It will not update the Last Known Location of those Workers who Working Status is set to On Break or Not Working Looking at the database schema then, is the mobile app updating the Shape field of the Workers table when location tracking is turned off? Hi Kevin, can you send a few screenshots of what you are seeing in the Configure Popup dialog?  Can you also confirm that you are signed in as the owner of the feature layer/services? You will see a lock icon next to those fields in the Attribute Table; that is because the field values cannot be edited; however, the popup configuration should be editable. thanks, Craig ... Hi Kevin, You should be able to edit the pop-up configuration for the CreationDate and EditDate fields.  In the Configure pop-up dialog, when you select either field; you should be able to change the Date format to something like mm/dd/yyyy which will enable the "ShowTime" checkbox.
