David, Angel, thanks for your feedback on this.  It is in our Roadmap to allow Workers to create new assignments in the field; however, it's in our longer term roadmap. There are a few issues that we need to solve around this workflow: The need for QA of the assignments that would be created; either to ensure correctness and consistency or to remove duplicates/redundancy In many cases, the person in the field needs to report on issue associated with an asset; either by editing the asset itself or by creating a related record associated with the asset.  Both of these are not capabilities we plan to support in Workforce Rickey's reply has several good points that I'd like to elaborate on: You can use the Workforce web application on a mobile device if your Dispatchers need the ability to create new assignments while in the field. We do recommend using Collector or Survey123 to perform this type of field data entry; this allows your workers to report issues they see in the field and associate that information with an Asset if needed. Hi Matt, thanks for your question on Workforce. At this time the field values and display name are not configurable.  We also don't provide the ability to allow the fields displayed in the mobile app to be configurable; i.e. your use of allowing the assigned date/time to be displayed.  Can you go into more detail on the use case to allow the Worker to configure what fields they can see?
