Hi Brian, I agree that you don't want to give Workers access to the ability to add/cancel/modify assignments.  That's one of the primary rules of Workforce; a Worker has access to their assignments. We don't have any plans to provide the Worker capabilities in a web app; we'll be focusing our efforts on improving our mobile app for Workers. It seems like what you're looking for is a way to access Worker capabilities on a Windows 10 device and you're looking at the Workforce web app to do that.  We decided earlier this year to suspend development of Workforce (and other selective apps) on Windows 10 until we see an increase in Windows 10 adoption; here's our blog post on this: ArcGIS Apps for the Field on the Windows Platform | ArcGIS Blog  I'd encourage you to send the feedback to the alias listed in the blog. Hi Brian, Your workers can access the Workforce web app in a browser if they are added as Dispatchers to the project.  Keep in mind; this means the Workers will be able to perform the same tasks as a Dispatcher.  I'd be interested to find out if this option doesn't work for you situation and why. thanks for your comment and interest in Workforce, Craig ... Hi Jonathan, Yes, you can access the REST endpoint for services through the Service URL link on the item details page.  Scroll to the bottom of the Service URL page and you'll see a number of Supported Operations; one being Query.  You can use this to prove out the queries you're using. Little stumped by what happened on August 8th; there were no changes on our end for Workforce.  Can you provide an example of the command line parameters you specify when you run the script? Jonathan, At this point, I can suggest a couple ways to track this down, but a solution may take some time; have you tried confirming the queries you are using return the correct features through the REST endpoint? Adam, "Of those 8300, approximately 1000 are ready for assignment," - What is it about the 1000 assignments that makes them ready for assignment?  How do workers know what assignments to pick-up?  Adding a property to new status to an assignment to indicate that it can be picked up is a big change to our workflow; I'm not against doing it, but would really like to dig into how/why this would be needed. I agree that, removing the 7300 will skew the dashboard results.   "I could also envision a situation where some ready but unassigned tasks should not be self-assignable, while others ready unassigned tasks could be picked by any crews." - Do you have some examples for this? thanks, Craig ... Jeff, A couple ways you can address this: - Recreate a named user with same user name; this should allow you to just remove the named user from the Workforce Project. You can then delete the named user afterwards. - Use the rest endpoints to delete the worker record from the feature service - this has several steps involved and is better shared through email.  Let me know if you'd like to go this route and what email to contact you at (you can DM it to me also), and I'll walk you through the steps. Hi Jeff, The Users tab is the correct location to make these changes, you're running into a bug that we're working on addressing for our next release. The issue is; you have a worker (or dispatcher) in your project whose named user was deleted from the Organization. If you know which user was deleted; you can then simply delete the Worker record using the ArcGIS Online map viewer.  If you don't know which user was deleted, let me know as I can provide the steps needed to identify which worker to remove. Adam, Thanks for your feedback on Workforce. We are working on some functionality that may help in your situation; it will allow workers to self-assign or pick-up unassigned work assignments.  The main use case we're satisfying is when a field worker has completed their work for the day and has some additional time to perform other work.  Those workers who have been given permission to view unassigned work assignments in the mobile app, will have the option to self-assign work. While not exactly what you are asking for, from your description, I think this workflow could fit your scenario, as it's similar to other scenarios we've heard.
