Jeff, A couple ways you can address this: - Recreate a named user with same user name; this should allow you to just remove the named user from the Workforce Project. You can then delete the named user afterwards. - Use the rest endpoints to delete the worker record from the feature service - this has several steps involved and is better shared through email. Let me know if you'd like to go this route and what email to contact you at (you can DM it to me also), and I'll walk you through the steps. Craig

Hi Jeff, The Users tab is the correct location to make these changes, you're running into a bug that we're working on addressing for our next release. The issue is; you have a worker (or dispatcher) in your project whose named user was deleted from the Organization. If you know which user was deleted; you can then simply delete the Worker record using the ArcGIS Online map viewer. If you don't know which user was deleted, let me know as I can provide the steps needed to identify which worker to remove. Craig

Adam, Glad to hear this functionality will be useful. We don't have any plans to provide the ability for an assignment to be flagged for self-assign/pick-up (whether that be a new status or some other mechanism). Can you provide some info on the use case for this? thanks, Craig

Adam, Thanks for your feedback on Workforce. We are working on some functionality that may help in your situation; it will allow workers to self-assign or pick-up unassigned work assignments. The main use case we're satisfying is when a field worker has completed their work for the day and has some additional time to perform other work. Those workers who have been given permission to view unassigned work assignments in the mobile app, will have the option to self-assign work. While not exactly what you are asking for, from your description, I think this workflow could fit your scenario, as it's similar to other scenarios we've heard. You have a list of assignments to be done but it's the workers that decide which ones they perform. We're targeting this functionality to be available later this year. Craig

Hi Phillip, We're working this now and are planning for the release to be ready by end of Q3. We've had to push it back to pick up some other work. Craig

Hi Justin, We're working on the ability to pass either the Assignment Location text or Work Order ID to Survey123 and Collector in our next release which is currently set of the end of Q3. We've had to push it back from our original estimates to include other work. We'll then look at enhancing the set of fields you can specify in a follow-on release and GlobalID will be at the top of the list. There is a way you can do this, with some customization, when our release is available, which I'm more than happy to provide. If you'd like to test it out now, send me an email or DM through Geoent. Jonathan, Mike, We have several sites following Jonathan's suggestion; the date/time of when the run the download varies; i.e. it could be at the end of each day or week, but the idea is the same. Craig

Hi Jonathan, Would this be an exact copy of the assignment? Meaning, all fields that a dispatcher can enter values for would have the exact same values, including Attachments? The date/time fields would all be different, but anything that the Dispatcher would enter could be copied. Craig

Hi Mark, Yes, this is a request that we've gotten and the issue is in our backlog; I've added your request and information to the issue. We don't have it planned in our current roadmap so I don't have a release timeframe that I can provide. One question for you; if we were to provide a solution similar the recurring meetings in Calendars; where the frequency of the recurrence is set when the assignment is created; would that satisfy you requirement? Thanks for your input on Workforce. Craig

The main issue with the dispatcher map is that when a turn off assignment is completed the map shows a green dot. If that location gets assigned again to turn on and it gets completed it become a green dot also. When there is a mixture of finished dots for both turn off and turn on assignments the map gets confusing. In this case, you really need to look at the list instead. Mike, does it help if the Dispatcher filters the list/map to only show assigned work assignments? In the screenshot below, I've expanded the Status filter. The Dispatcher could only display those turn on assignments; that would be assigned. Another option is to create 2 types of work assignments: - Shut water meter off - Turn water meter on You can then use the Filter by type, location or ID text box to filter for the "Turn water meter on" assignment types. Hi Mike, Thanks for the feedback on Workforce; your request to map the fields from a popup for an asset layer to the fields in an assignment is something we've heard before. I'll make sure your information is added to the issue in our repo. Your solution is essentially how to solve this today through the app. I agree that, with anything done manually there's a greater chance for mistakes vs the information being populated automatically. This is something we're looking at supporting, but I don't have a time frame or release for it at this time. If I configure the popup to show nothing in the title and I click on the asset the popup shows the address at the top but it does not pass that address into the Location box. However, if I click on a second asset (as if I was creating multiple assignments), it does not show the popup but it passes the address into the Location box. In this case, I'm getting the address but I can't even see the asset id to copy into the ID or Description box. This sounds like a bug that I'll work in trying to reproduce. Feel free to contact us either through Geonet or the Feedback alias within the app. thanks, Craig

Anthony, Thanks for the additional information, I've made sure to add this to our issue on the backlog. Once we have the initial framework in place to allow Work Order ID and/or Location be passed from Workforce to Collector/Survey123; we'll look at including the ability for other fields; such as the GlobalID field.
