Jennifer, actually we do not recommend this as a solution.  The Collector type keyword was intentionally removed from the web maps that are created with Workforce so they cannot be used in Collector. The web maps created with a Workforce Project are meant for use in Workforce and we do not recommend they be used in Collector.  If web maps are needed in Collector, they should be created for that purpose and should not be the web maps used in Workforce.   Can you go into more detail on your workflow and use case for needing the web maps in Collector? Hi Steve, As long as there is a feature service/layer storing the excavation permits; this layer can be added to the Dispatcher web map so it's visible to the Dispatcher. We have a doc topic on this Create your first project—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS "Customize the Map" The Dispatcher (Staff Member B) can select any of the points from the feature layer and create an assignment at that location.  They are not converting the point to an assignment, but creating a new assignment at the location of the point. Hello Kyle, thanks for your question on Workforce.  We currently support 1 survey form per Workforce Project.  We do have an enhancement in our backlog to provide the ability to extend this and allow survey forms to be specified at the assignment type level.  I've added your comments and use to the issue. Hi Erich, Great questions.  With 1.0, we do not support toggling layers in the web map from Workforce web app.  It's also not in our upcoming 1.1 update.  We do have this in our backlog but we haven't gotten many requests on it yet.
