Karen, Unfortunately, if the project is already live and worked has been created and assigned you'll have to edit the Worker records in place. You could do this through Python, since that would allow you to access the rest API to get at the named user information. One question I have - we're looking at adding the named user info in the next release of Workforce, but we would add this for the Workers tab for the Project Owner. Can you go into some detail on why the Dispatchers need to see the named user information?

Joe, Yes, I agree - as it's not working for you, I suggest contacting Technical Support so they can reproduce and log an issue or attach you to an existing issue so you can be made aware of the progress of it. We're working on the next release Workforce now - will look at getting this addressed in it. Craig

Joe, It works for me; you might want to see if you're signed in - which would be one reason you're redirected to the sign-in page. If it doesn't redirect you after signing in - you should log an issue with Technical Support as you may be encountering a bug. Craig

Joe, Yes, you can open the Workforce web app through a URL, e.g.: https://workforce.arcgis.com/projects/<GUID for your project>/dispatch/assignments Craig

Joe, No, Workforce does not currently have a url scheme to support launching Workforce and opening a particular assignment. That is in our backlog, but is not assigned for a release. Craig

Brandon, This is not possible out of the box with Workforce; but you can get this same result through the user of Python scripts and setting up an observer script to send emails/text messages. It is in our backlog to include this, however the work has been assigned to a release. Craig

Hi Nina, Through the App Integration, Workforce supports opening new survey forms when Survey123 is opened from Workforce. So, the workflow you are asking about would not be possible. There is the option to store the url scheme for Survey123 into the Description field of an assignment. Unfortunately, due to a rather nasty issues that we're working on, the url scheme is only available on iOS. Craig

Hi Carl, Thanks for following up and providing your use case. One enhancement we're looking at is, the ability to copy or duplicate an existing assignment. This would allow the Dispatcher to change the values for the new assignment. Would this help in your use case? Craig

Hi Elizabeth, You're correct, through the Workforce web app you cannot change the Worker associated with an assignment once it's Completed. This is by design. Couple ideas on how you can handle this scenario: Use the ArcGIS Home app to edit the assignment; you can change it's status so that you can re-assign it in the Workforce web app Create a new assignment with the same information as the Completed assignment to be given to the Worker. Hi Eric, Unfortunately, Workforce does't support what you're trying to do - the use case is valid and something we're considering supporting in a future release, but support is not there right now. If you want to restrict which Workers a Dispatcher can view in the web app - breaking this out into individual projects is the best way to do that.

Hi Jonathan, You're correct, that blog post talks about creating assignments using Collector, which is something recommend doing. However, and correct me if I've misunderstood what you're asking, you want to edit existing assignments in Collector. Again, that is possible but it's not something we recommend. Again, if I've misunderstood what you're asking for, please let me know. thanks, Craig

Jonathan, It's an interesting request and not one that we've heard of before. This is not possible in Workforce and it's not in our Roadmap to support. I'd suggest using Collector (or Survey) to create the location of the sign installation. The assignment in Workforce is the request to install the sign, and if the Worker needs to add information on where the sign was installed, they could describe it in the Notes to compliment the creation of the feature in Collector.
