Hello Dawn, This ability was added and is in Workforce.  If you've configured the Dispatcher web map with the ability to search for the field; Workforce will search those same fields.  A few things to confirm: - Check that you've changed the Dispatcher and not the Worker web map - On the Details page for the Dispatcher web map, under Settings, scroll to the bottom and ensure that you've enabled Find Locations By Layer and configured the layer and fields you'd like to use for search. Hi Mike, Good question - the ability to pass the GlobalID of the assignment to Collector or Survey123 will provide a way to establish a loose coupling from the Assignment to the feature\survey.  There's no relationship class or Geodatabase relationship that is established.   This capability is simply a way to relate back from the feature\survey to the assignment using a unique attribute (in this case GlobalID) so that you do not need to simply rely on coincident location. Hi Tori, Yes, this is in our backlog and I've added your information to the issue. There are other techniques that sites use for the management of projects to allow multiple people to administer them; although they're not ideal such as sharing the Project Owner's password while that person is out. I know that's not a great solution or one that may not be possible in your situation.  There are other ways to handle this; by transferring ownership, but that seems a little too heavy handed for your scenario. Hi Derek, The Assignment Type will still have in use when it's used by an Assignment; I'm guessing you have some Canceled assignments that reference the Assignment Type.  The easiest way to check this is to use ArcGIS Online to look at the Assignments feature service; you should be able to apply a filter to only display assignments with the Type you need to remove. Hi Derek, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the removal or customization of Assignment status value is not something we support in Workforce.  But, it is in our backlog to consider at a future release. It looks like you'd like to remove the values; In Progress, Declined and Paused.  Can you go into any detail on why you'd like to remove these and what the use case is around that?  Some of these values are associated with workflows in Workforce; i.e. the Declined status allows a Worker to indicate why the work cannot be done. thanks, Craig ... Hello Michelle, We plan to include the ability for the Work Order ID field to be pre-populated based on expression in our roadmap; we're working with other areas of the ArcGIS platform on this.   One technique I have seen used for sites who need this ability is to use a Python script to populate the Work Order ID field at regular intervals (i.e. every 5 mins) for assignments after they are created. Graeme, While the Dispatchers are stored in a feature layer, the ability to assign them a location and them display them on a map is not something that is not on our roadmap at this time. Could you expand on the need to view the Dispatcher's location when in the field?  Who needs to see their location?  Other Dispatchers?  Workers in the Workforce Project? Hi Kadin, Thanks for your feedback - we'd love to hear how you're planning on integrating Explorer with Workforce so we have more real-world examples of it.  Feel free to send me a direct message or email. ArcGIS Online recently added the ability for Administrators and Owners to append data to layers in existing hosted feature layers without needing to overwrite the entire hosted feature layer.  We're working with that team to support this for Workforce.  So yes, this is coming but will be supported through ArcGIS Online.
