Hello Becky, Allowing multiple workers to be assigned to a single assignment is in our backlog, but is not assigned to an upcoming release. In your workflow, would each team member have their own mobile device/named user in an organization? Would multiple team members be able to "Start" and "Complete" the same assignment? What kind of status would you want to see in the Workforce back office web app for each team member? Thanks for responding on this issue. Craig

The status of Push Notifications is the same as from the Nov 16th comment: Hello, this issue is in our backlog to address, but is not currently assigned to a release but it will be reconsidered following our upcoming Workforce release which has Offline support. Craig

Vincent, I believe you're running into a known issue that we've seen with 10.6 Enterprise. A couple workarounds for this: - Configure your system services to have a min of 1 SOC - Try creating a second Workforce Project, which should succeed. If these don't work - I'd suggest contacting Technical Support to help you troubleshoot this issue. Craig

Email discussion with Jonathan - this is a known limit with Workforce that forced us to limit the features returned to 12. We are looking at improving this in an upcoming release during 2020.

Hi Andrew, not at this time. This ability hasn't been assigned to any of our upcoming releases. There are a number of dependencies we need address or have addresses in the platform first. Craig

Andy, we don't have any plans to support this type of workflow. However, there is a capability we're considering that could address this; it's the ability for mobile workers to see unassigned work around them and grab it or pick it up. This would be an assignment that is not assigned to anyone worker, but is available to any worker with the ability to view unassigned work. Once we finish our current release, which is focused on Offline support, we'd evaluate if this ability would get into our next release. Craig

Hi Chris, We have not seen this behavior. Nothing in Workforce changed for this recent Online release, so what you're seeing may be unrelated to Workforce. I think the quickest way to track this down is to contact Tech Support, as this might be unrelated to Workforce. Craig

Alex, Correct, this is a known issue in Android that we're working on resolving When can we expect a new version of Workforce? We're planning on the next version of Workforce towards the end of Q1, 2019. Is there a roadmap kept up anywhere publicly? We have a sneak peak section on our doc site: General FAQ—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

Andy, Allowing multiple workers to be assigned to a single assignment is in our backlog, but is not assigned to an upcoming release. In your example for Public Works - does every person in the crew have a mobile device? And would the expectation be that, each one of those workers would edit the same the Assignment in Workforce?

Hi Craig, thanks for the feedback on Workforce. If you click on the Workers tab and look under the Worker's badge or initials on the left side of the Workers tab, underneath it is an indication of how long it has been since the Worker has moved or been heard from. This doesn't give an indication of whether they are connected or using the Workforce Project. Hopefully, this helps with requirement you've listed above. If not, please let me know. Alex, We really appreciate the feedback. Being able to create new records in related tables is in our backlog to tackle. One your request for assignment features to inherit certain attributes from the point feature they were created from; what are your requirements for where the field mapping between Assignments and features should be specified? Is this a field mapping that is defined for the entire Assignment feature layer? Or, is the field mapping specific to each Assignment Type? thanks, Craig

Thanks Eric, Does this apply to all Workers in your Workforce Projects? Or, are there some Workers, i.e. Field Crew Chiefs, whose location can be tracked? One point to consider - we use the Worker's location update to determine whether the Worker information (i.e. status and location) are stale and not up to date. This can happen when a Worker force kills the app, Workforce does not have the opportunity to update the Worker's status in the service. Providing a way to disable Worker location updates is something we could investigate adding to Workforce, but wouldn't be in the next release. If you can point me to any documentation or government regulations that a Worker's location cannot be tracked, that would help us to prioritize this work. Craig
