Hello Rodell, Is there a way to assign workers to a created assignment using the Workforce App? No, this is not possible. I found this article explaining how Mobile Workers create Workforce Assignments using the Collector App: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/workforce/field-mobility/workforce-and-collector-creating-assignments-in-the-field/. The worker, however, cannot assign Mobile Workers to a created assignment. That is correct, the article does not go into detail on how to assign work from the field through the Collector app.  There are several pieces of information that need to be set when a work assignment is assigned to a Worker - which the Workforce web application are responsible for. Using the Workforce App or a mobile web browser, can Dispatchers create Workforce assignments and assign them to Mobile Workers? Hi Kerr, is it possible to prepopulate other information into the assignment?  Not at this time, it is on our Roadmap but has not been assigned to a release. If this is not possible, I know that there is a link between Workforce and Survey123 which allows for the creation of new surveys at the assignment site via the app, could this be maneuvered to instead load the original survey that was used to create the assignment? (which would then load with all the previously collected information). This is not supported through the Workforce app and is not in our Roadmap to support as we have not seen enough requests to add this capability, since it would require substantial work to support.  This may be a good post to add to ArcGIS Ideas. If that too is not possible, I see that there is an attachment field apart of the assignments, could the survey be somehow attached to the assignment? Technically it's possible, assignments are just features in a feature service and support the same file types. Apart from this, I see that it is possible to pass information from workforce to Survey123 such as location and ID. Is it possible to pass the status of an assignment to a survey question? It is not possible to specify this in the Workforce web app, but it is possible to edit the Workforce project json to pass this information to Survey123.  Since the status field is an integer with a coded value domain, the integer will be passed to Survey123. Craig, Not out of the box or in the web app - there's no ability to reset the assignments. However, you could edit the assignments feature service directly to do this as needed.  This could be done through any client that can edit feature services (Map Viewer or ArcGIS Pro) - or you could automate and script this through Python using one of our example scripts: GitHub - Esri/workforce-scripts: A set of scripts to help administer Workforce projects.  thanks, ... Andrew, There is no domain on the WorkerID field - that field is related to the worker.ObjectID field. As to why the assignmentType domain isn't showing up in ArcGIS Pro, I don't know - it looks like a bug to me.
