Hi Jason, The Search in Workforce does operate differently than the Map Viewer in ArcGIS Online.  In Workforce, you need to hit Enter/Return to initiate the Search. Hi Daniel, I apologize for the issue you're seeing.  Can you try the following: Kill the Workforce app Under Settings search for Workforce Tap Storage Tap Clear Data Relaunch Workforce and sign in to see if the issue is reproduced.
