Erick, The ability to expose other fields to the Web and Mobile apps is still in our backlog and in our roadmap, but has not been assigned to a release. Can you expand on what you're using these fields for and how you're using them in the Notes field right now?  Is this to pass information to another app, such as Survey123 or Collector? thanks, Craig ... Hi Nicole, The assignments are still in the feature service; but they are filtered/removed from the Workforce web app. You can change the status of these in the Map Viewer (in either Online or Portal).  You can filter on the assignments based on status and only show those that are canceled.  You could refine this filter further and either filter by the last edited user or edited recently.  You can then use the Calculate command available on when you use Show Table for the layer, to update the assignments to whatever status you need.  Here's a link to the schema for Workforce so you can see what values to set. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/workforce/android-phone/help/workforce-schema.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_EDB5E3592870494BAE5F829765C604FF Craig ...
