Jonas, We have not implemented support for filters in the Dispatcher web app; this is in our backlog and on the roadmap to add to an upcoming release of Workforce. One suggestion for mitigating the buildup of completed work assignments is to copy them to a new feature layer within the assignments feature service. I know several sites who have implemented this as a workaround. Craig

Hello, The new version of Workforce has removed this abilaity. Without this functionality we cannot continue to use Workforce for our needs. This is still supported and possible in the new version of Workforce and is available by editing the Assignment Integrations table in the workforce feature service. The ability to add additional fields to the assignments layer is something we are planning to do - and are planning to include it after Workforce moves into the new Field Maps app. Craig

Hi Matt, A sync won't occur until the auto-sync if a worker updates their status? Correct. However, when the Worker edits a Workforce feature (i.e. an Assignments, their Worker status or location), Workforce will perform the Sync every 60 secs instead of every 15 mins. What designates a mobile worker "moving"? In order to minimize location drift or cases where the Worker moves the device but doesn't actually change their location; we apply a distance filter to ensure location updates exceed the filter value. So, if you're trying to trigger a location update and you're not moving more than ~ 10 m, you won't see a location update. Is there a way to change the default 15-min auto-sync time? There isn't. We didn't include this in the release because from our testing, the 60 sec sync handled scenarios to update Workforce information to the service. Hello, Not at this time, but we do have it in our backlog to allow Dispatchers to re-open or re-assign Completed assignments. The Worker does have the ability to correct this mistake of completing the assignment when they meant to pause it. The Worker can access their list of completed assignments, select the assignment and Reset it so they can then Pause it. Craig

Matt, We haven't seen this, can you go into some more detail on what you mean by "Worker status is not updating in the dispatch map."? Is it just the Worker status or is it location AND status? Is this for Workers in the project? How are you testing that the status is not updating? Are you on iOS or Android? If you create a new Workforce project and add the workers to it - do you see the same issue? thanks, Craig

Eric, Yes, this is by design. The app does not delete or set the worker's location to null/empty on the server once they sign out or if they change the location services on the device. Esri has a team who is focused on Disaster Management who can help you with these questions. Eric, Does the Workforce app store locations of field workers locations? Yes, it stores the location of the device locally prior to uploading it to the feature service every 60 secs. How does the Workforce app store locations? In an sqlite database. It only store the most recent location and only when the Worker sets their location to Working. When set to Not Working or On Break, the location is not updated. Can we have workforce never store location data? Can we delete it? You can deny location services, in which case, it will not record or update the location. If you have other questions on this, let us know. Craig
