@BrentWindebank It looks like your popup title is set to your layer name - that's why it's being used for the location of the assignment. If you want a field, such as Location, to be used for the location text of the Assignment, you need to configure the popup title to use that field. No, we haven't made progress on this. However, supporting the ability to add your own fields to the Assignments feature service is on our roadmap to support when Workforce is included in Field Maps. That work is currently scheduled for 2023.

Hi @MJhendo Can you clarify why "The solution you present with only using Map Viewer Classic for pop-ups conflicts with Smart Form configuration (unsupported if save in classic), which is essential for our projects." The form should not be cleared or lost when saving the map using Map Viewer Classic in Enterprise 10.9.1 - if you are seeing the form be cleared or lost, please let me know so I can try and reproduce it.

You'll need to make these changes outside of Workforce through Map Viewer. "In the future, when we recheck job history, it might cause issues. Are there other ways to remove them from the Workforce?" There are not. Your only alternative is to leave the assignments as is.

@JasonJordan00 are you able to provide some steps so we can try and reproduce this? How did you create the feature layer and related table in AGOL? Do you have some examples of what Arcade expressions you authored in the Field Maps web app? Anything to help us try and reproduce this would be helpful. thanks, Craig

@BrandonGuo you'll need to re-assign any work that is assigned to the mobile worker, that includes Completed work, prior to being able to remove them from the project. Craig

Hello, are you using Online or Enterprise? Do you have a pre-planned Map Area setup for this project? Or are the workers creating their own map areas when they download the project?

Thanks for sending this @FionaRenton1 it's help me to narrow down a repro. I can tell you that this issue appears to be addressed in Enterprise 10.9.1; I've followed the same steps that remove Find Locations in 10.9 but, in 10.9.1 the capability remains. We don't have any plans to back port this fix to 10.9 but this is something you'll pick up when you migrate to the newer release. Craig

"Should I not use the field maps web to create the form and use Map Viewer beta instead?" You can use either. In later releases there are differences between Form Authoring in Field Maps compared to Map Viewer; but in your Enterprise release, they are very similar. "If map viewer beta won't recognize the relates with identify it is possible that the form might be programmed differently to recognize relates? " Unfortunately, no. Form Authoring doesn't support this yet; it's in our backlog and on the roadmap to support later this or early in 2023. I wouldn't recommend programming the form to recognize relates; while supported in the spec; authoring and maintaining it might be a bit tricky. Tough to comment on the entire workflow you're trying to accomplish, but, if you're looking for a web form for workers in the office, you could consider using Survey123 as it has more form functionality that is not yet in Field Maps. @FionaRenton1 "I have confirmed that if I make a change to the field map form (Field maps web opens up in a new tab) it unchecks the Find locations + that is already set up. This may be nothing to do with the new map viewer possibly a different issue." I'm not able to reproduce this - are you able to provide some more detailed steps on how this happens? i.e. How are you opening Field Maps? How are you checking the Find Locations state? When/do you reload the site or refresh? Craig
