@BrentWindebank It looks like your popup title is set to your layer name - that's why it's being used for the location of the assignment.  If you want a field, such as Location, to be used for the location text of the Assignment, you need to configure the popup title to use that field. Hi @MJhendo Can you clarify why  "The solution you present with only using Map Viewer Classic for pop-ups conflicts with Smart Form configuration (unsupported if save in classic), which is essential for our projects."
