In the demo presented during the MeetUp the 3D parcels were shown using data extrusion in a 3D scene.  Utilizing the FloorOrder field.  This field is an optional LONG field that needs to be created on both Parcel Polygons and Parcel Lines withing a chosen parcel type.  Then tools like Duplicate Parcels will use that field by default and increment both polygons and lines based on the incrementing values entered in the Duplicate Parcels dialog.  For more information about these 3D or Strata Parcels you can find it here:  https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/parcel-editing/createstrataparcels.htm Here's a short video showing the Strata Parcels:  https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-parcel-fabric-videos/parcel-fabric-2torial-strata-parcels-floor-aware/td-p/1262183 Note that true 3D Cadastre is in the road map to support irregular 3D geometry and have more advanced functionality with subterranean and aerial rights.  ... Make sure that you've added the Floor Order field (type LONG) to both Lines and Polys of a specific parcel type.  Then when you duplicate the parcels for different floors set the Floor Order field as the field to be incremented.  Then you should be able to see the parcels for each floor value.  ... Also note, you might want to inform the user to check the option to recompute the COGO on extend trim since it will obviously alter the line.  Or tell them to update the COGO during the Attribute Step.  ... View more

Hey Susan, Good points.  I understand it can slow down the workflow to have to use Extend and Trim.  This is a good idea and it has been discussed internally.  In the meantime maybe creating a Task for the editors can just click through the steps and it calls the tool right away might save time? @Sothea_VOEUNAnother suggestion is a related table if you are just wanting to maintain ownership change overtime and do not want to consistently create a new geometry.  This related table could contain the ownership information of given parcels and can be updated with new rows dictating new owners for different units.  Each row would be tied to a specific unit in a specific condominium complex.
