Make sure that you've added the Floor Order field (type LONG) to both Lines and Polys of a specific parcel type. Then when you duplicate the parcels for different floors set the Floor Order field as the field to be incremented. Then you should be able to see the parcels for each floor value.

MeetUp: Introduction to Record Driven Workflows Learn about editing the parcel fabric in ArcGIS Pro using common, record-driven parcel editing workflows. Record-driven workflows will include demos of parcel creation, editing and lineage management based on a variety of legal descriptions. Example workflows will include parcel merge, parcel split (metes-and-bounds), parcel split (area description), parcel boundary line adjustment and creating new parcels from CAD files. The session will end with topics on advanced capabilities workflow automation, 3D cadastre and coordinate-based cadastre.

Also note, you might want to inform the user to check the option to recompute the COGO on extend trim since it will obviously alter the line. Or tell them to update the COGO during the Attribute Step.

Hey Susan, Good points. I understand it can slow down the workflow to have to use Extend and Trim. This is a good idea and it has been discussed internally. In the meantime maybe creating a Task for the editors can just click through the steps and it calls the tool right away might save time? I created this quick task you can use and fully configure for your projects. The last step that attributes the parcels can be configured to only show the parcel polygons. You can change everything you want about this task, all the words, and even add more steps or remove existing steps. Let me know if you have access to this page: https://proappediting.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=70c7930ebd3140ef8a1c23fe667d1cf1 Simply download the esriTaskFile and then browse it from Pro catalog and you can open it. Below is also a video showing how use the Task. Let me know if you have any other questions

Hello again welcome to another Parcel Fabric 2Torial. A quick 2 minute (well in this case 3 minute) tutorial showcasing the parcel fabric. Here's a follow up from the previous Parcel Fabric 2Torial that demonstrated the new GeoProcessing Tool: Export Sequenced Parcel Features. You can find that video here In this video you'll see how you can get started by creating a layout that utilizes the output from the GP tool to create a title map. You will see how to link elements to fields in a feature classes, creating map frames and other dynamic elements. I hope you find this tutorial helpful! Here are some helpful links with more information: The GP Script tool is attached below scroll down and you'll find TitleMap.zip Make a Layout Dynamic Text Export Sequenced Parcel Features GP Tool

Here's another Parcel Fabric 2Torial! A quick 2 minute tutorial showing new features, workflows or other topics. Today's video details a commonly asked question. Have you ever imported symbology or configured your parcel layers, only to lose your parcel seed symbology? We've had many ask how to get this back. Here's a quick tutorial on how to re-create that seed symbology and configure it to display in your map. @Sothea_VOEUNAnother suggestion is a related table if you are just wanting to maintain ownership change overtime and do not want to consistently create a new geometry. This related table could contain the ownership information of given parcels and can be updated with new rows dictating new owners for different units. Each row would be tied to a specific unit in a specific condominium complex. I guess a further question I would like to ask is what are your requirements for maintaining this information?

Hello @Sothea_VOEUN If a simple attribute change won't trigger the parcel history to occur. However a workflow that can be done is to create a new record. Select the condo parcel. Run the Duplicate Parcel tool and just duplicate it once. Then retire the previous parcel. Now you will have the proper lineage. The retired parcel will be retired by the newly created record. And the duplicate parcel will be the current parcel, created by the new record. Hope this helps

Hello @Sothea_VOEUN Yes, this can be done. Since the parcel fabric itself is a system of record, you can create a new record each time there is a transfer of ownership. You can use our tools to duplicate a parcel once on the same floor and retire the older parcel. The new parcel will be the current owner and the now retired parcel will be the previous owner. You can then use the range slider to see the transactional history of the parcels within the building.

Hello @T_R , Would you be able to send me the courses you are entering? You can also just send me a picture of the traverse pane after you've entered all your courses. Then could you also send me the traverse file that you've saved? I tried testing your steps on 3.0.3 and I am unable to reproduce what you are seeing. Thanks! Jason Camerano

Hello Parcel Editors, Here's a 2torial (a two minute tutorial) on a new GeoProcessing Tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.1; Export Sequenced Parcel Features. This tool allows you to select a single parcel in the fabric and export that parcel and all of it's features to a separate dataset. You will get the parcel polygon, all the parcel lines, points, connection lines, record geometry, and any other relationships maintained by that parcel. The lines and points will also be sequenced in a clockwise fashion. See how to use the tool below! Stay tuned for another 2torial where you will see how to create a simple Title Map utilizing Layouts and this new geoprocessing tool. Here are some helpful links with more information on this geoprocessing tool: Export Sequenced Parcel Features Creating Parcel Layouts What's New at 3.1 (another demo using this geoprocessing tool)
