Hi @WalterSimonazzi_VicPol, > Is there a way to monitor how many generateToken requests Portal receives and how many tokens are being managed by portal? This functionality is not available in ArcGIS Monitor because this information is not available in the ArcGIS Admin API and therefore not cannot be queried by ArcGIS Monitor. Sorry. One potential workaround option is to write a custom code extension to parse web logs for a specific request signature. Hope this helps,

ArcGIS Field Maps is an all-in-one app that uses data-driven maps to help mobile workers perform mobile data collection and editing, find assets and information, and report their real-time locations. It enables mobile workers to bring maps and data into the field to support different types of field operations across many industries. ArcGISFieldMaps_Card.jpg At the Esri 2021 User Conference, the most popular technical session (based on attendance numbers) was “ArcGIS Field Maps: An Introduction & What’s New”!! We are humbled by the level of interest from the GIS user community and wanted to share some resources to help address many common questions that were asked. Introduction: Q: I’m new to ArcGIS Field Maps. Where do I start? A: Start with this video: Get to Know ArcGIS Field Maps. Then, you can learn more by exploring the help documentation. Q: Are there any free learning materials for ArcGIS Field Maps? A: Yes, there are several Discovery Paths and Learn lessons available: Try ArcGIS Field Maps Try data collection in ArcGIS Field Maps Get started with location tracking in ArcGIS Field Maps Analyze track data captured in Field Maps Collect geological data with ArcGIS Field Maps Map your community cleanup General Questions: Q: Why does ArcGIS Field Maps have a web app? How does it support mobile workflows? A: The ArcGIS Field Maps web app (included within ArcGIS Online) is an app designed to streamline the process of configuring web maps for use in the field and is where you configure smart forms for your feature layers. Q: Does ArcGIS Field Maps work with ArcGIS Enterprise? A: Yes, the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app is just another client app that can work with web maps and feature layers from ArcGIS Enterprise. The ArcGIS Field Maps web app is available for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 as a separate install, and is included with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9. Q: When will ArcGIS Collector, ArcGIS Explorer, and ArcGIS Tracker be deprecated? A: These apps will be retired in December 2021. Please see this blog, Deprecation Notice for Explorer, Collector, and Tracker for more details. Q: Where can I learn about the latest ArcGIS Field Maps updates? A: Please review this blog What’s new in ArcGIS Field Maps (June 2021). How–Tos: Q: Is there any information about migrating from ArcGIS Collector to ArcGIS Field Maps? A: Please review the Migrate to ArcGIS Field Maps blog article and the ArcGIS Field Maps Migration Guide. Q: How do I configure smart forms for ArcGIS Field Maps? A: This blog Introducing smart forms in ArcGIS Field Maps is a good place to start. There is also a good Esri 2021 Dev Summit tech session: ArcGIS Field Maps: Creating and Using Smart Forms. Q: Where can I learn more about high accuracy data collection with ArcGIS Field Maps? Hi @James_Armstrong, > Im not sure what (if any) would be the best way to go: Data coming from PostSQL database Publishing the feature datasets to Portal (10.9) from database. We have some tables and related tables in database, these can be published as well Data in tables changes and needs to be updated periodically For the above workflow, you could create query layers in ArcGIS Pro, Query layers. > IS there a way to use excel to connect to the published data (Portal)? ArcGIS for Office enables MS Excel users to connect to an ArcGIS portal and view its data, but it does not support the ability to edit data. Hope this helps,

A growing deployment pattern for organizations with mobile workers is the adoption of mobile device management (MDM) technology which helps centralize the security management of mobile devices. MDM technology is third party software that information technology (IT) administrators use to control, secure, and enforce policies on mobile devices for an organization. There are many advantages to using MDM technology such as: Streamlined device management Make app deployments more efficient and save time Help keep apps and data secure Help with bring your own device (BYOD) management and policies Active monitoring for malware and other threats Better security and more control of devices for the organization Esri designs its ArcGIS mobile apps to work and behave the same way across different third-party MDM vendors. Fig 7.png This document focuses on deploying the ArcGIS mobile apps with MDM technology. It is meant to guide IT managers and GIS administrators to help them understand how the ArcGIS mobile apps can work with MDM technology and which capabilities are possible. Hi @AdamBlough28, > This is one of the many things that users are begging for with Dashboards that ESRI just wont listen too. FYI, at the ArcGIS Online Road Ahead tech session at last week's Esri User Conference, the dashboard team announced a new Table element is coming in Q3 of 2021. It will offer data export functionality. TableElements.png Hope this helps,

I really want to jump to the online and pro version and despite repeated attempts to get at least a trial version ... or paid version going the submit button does not seem to work It's not clear: are you trying to activate ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) or an ArcGIS Online organizational account? These are two SEPARATE programs to do GIS. It's also not clear: are you trying to activate a trial account or a license that you've bought and paid for? Please contact Esri Customer Service for help. Hi @llsilva, Thanks for the additional context. > ... what I am looking for is really a functionality list of each app. I can make a matrix for them. Please review the online help documentation for each app, so you can understand what's possible with each app. You can access their help doc here: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/ To help get you started (these points are off the top of my head and not a complete list), ArcGIS Field Maps: - Find and open public maps - Find and open maps shared within org - Markup maps - Capture/Inspect features - Prepare maps using ArcGIS Online - Enable simple smart forms - Capture and share location tracks ArcGIS Survey123: - Author simple and complex smart forms - Publish web and mobile forms - Provides analysis of collected data - Generate reports of collected data ArcGIS QuickCapture: - Author UI interface for the mobile app for custom data collection - Collects field data at speed, like from a moving car or helicopter Hope this helps,

Hi @GIS_Fox, > I was curious if webhooks could be linked to Dashboards or if the webhooks had to be tied to the maps or Survey123 material being shown on the dashboard? ArcGIS Dashboards does not currently support webhooks. So in your example with the indicator meeting a certain threshold value, it is not able to trigger a webhook event. Sorry. As you indicated, you would need to associate a webhook with your Survey123 data or a hosted feature layer. Create a hosted feature service webhook in ArcGIS Online Please submit an enhancement on the ArcGIS Dashboards Ideas forum. Hope this helps,

Hi @llsilva, > Is there an updated matrix (2021) that compares functionality between Field Maps, Survey123, and Quick Capture? We don't have such a document, because the 3 apps are designed to serve different business workflows. Yes, there may be some functional overlap, but they are not really directly comparable. It really depends on what you want to do in terms of workflows. ArcGIS Field Maps enables you to view maps and data, share worker location, and perform asset inspection and data collection activities. It should be used to support map-centric workflows. ArcGIS Survey123 is a sophisticated and user-friendly form-centric digital survey solution that modernizes paper-based data collection. With Survey123, you can Create smart forms with skip logic, data validation, and multilingual support Collect data via web or mobile devices – even when disconnected from the Internet Analyze results quickly and upload data securely for further analysis ArcGIS QuickCapture is an app that allows you to capture field observations at speed (like from a moving vehicle) with a simple button click or via voice command. Did you have a specific question you wanted to compare between them in mind? Hope this helps,

ArcGIS Online does NOT supporting hosting custom web apps, even from Web AppBuilder Developer Edition.
