Hi @Pat_Gallagher, This might be related to a bug discovered in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 that causes the ArcGIS Server Discover observer to fail if the target ArcGIS Server site contains one or more usage reports whose name is all numeric. The workaround is to delete the usage report via the ArcGIS Server admin endpoint. This was mentioned in this thread, Monitor broken after 2023.3.1 install. Hope this helps,

Hi @gisAAIC, > Is the 2023.3.1 a simple install on top of the 2023.3 software, or do we need to wait for a separate patch file to be released? You should be able to install Monitor 2023.3.1 on top of Monitor 2023.3. There is no separate patch file. Hope this helps,

Hi @WalterSimonazzi_VicPol, > How this retention policy work? does it deletes all logs and metrics when 180 days are reached? The default data retention policy for the ArcGIS Monitor database is 180 days, which means collected data metrics will be retained for 6 months. Data collected beyond this date (i.e., older than 6 months) will be deleted from the database. I don't believe this is the cause of the behavior you're seeing. Hope this helps,
