Hi @René_Ténière, Apologies for the late follow up. Yes, we do have a partial update on this item. In ArcGIS Monitor 2024.x, under the Monitoring page > Components subtab - Monitor will display in the components table: i) the license expiry ii) the CA certificate expiry for enterprise portals and ArcGIS Server sites. We are working on enabling alerting for both these properties in a future release. Hope this helps,

Hi @HazelRiordan, > When I updated my ArcGIS Monitor from 2024.0 to 2024.1, the updated version did not reflect in ArcGIS Monitor under Administration > License. This is expected behavior. We don't update the ArcGIS Monitor license file for minor releases, only major releases. FYI: You can check the release version of ArcGIS Monitor by clicking your profile in the upper right corner of the web app, Alternatively, you could also navigate to Monitoring page > Agents and this will display the AM Agent release versions, Hope this helps,

Situated on the eastern side of Pittsburgh, the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County (MAWC) serves approximately 125,000 water customers and more than 30,000 sewer customers. Over the past 7 years, MAWC has adopted ArcGIS Enterprise, GIS applications and automated processes to streamline workflows and enhance data analysis and communication capabilities. Their GIS enterprise environment has expanded to include more than 300 named users and more than 50 distinct GIS applications. This complex infrastructure occasionally experiences performance issues or downtime caused by various problems, from server-related problems to connectivity issues. To tackle these challenges, EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA), an Esri partner, implemented Esri’s ArcGIS Monitor software, a robust tool designed to evaluate the health and performance of enterprise GIS systems. ArcGIS Monitor helps troubleshoot performance issues at the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County

Hi @Hannah24, > Could you kindly confirm if this is the correct issue to be tagged? Yes, that's the issue. > Also, could you please provide any estimated timeframe for fixing this issue? The team is working to address several bugs for the Monitor 2024.1.1 patch. We're expecting to have it ready for early March timeframe. > In case it might take a while, would you recommend reverting to the previous version 2024.0? It's really up to you. > Could you please let me know if there have been any schema or data structure changes in the PostgreSQL database with this latest release? Yes, there were some internal schema changes in the AM database.between releases. > .... would it be necessary to restore the PostgreSQL database if we decide to revert? Yes. The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has three environmental programs—air quality, water quality, and waste—whose staff are dedicated to administering the state’s environmental laws and federal programs to prevent air, water, and land pollution. At the heart of this effort is the geospatial intelligence solutions (GIS) team, who have created tools tailored to each program’s specific workflows and needs, improving their ability to visualize and analyze their data for better decision-making. The team uses ArcGIS Monitor to monitor the health of their growing enterprise GIS system.
