I strongly recommend that you use the latest ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1 release instead of the 10.8.1 release. FYI, ArcGIS Monitor 10.8.1 has been in mature support since Aug 2024 and there is no active development on it. ArcGIS Monitor's architecture and UI/UX was completely updated and revised since the 2023.0 release. You are better off learning how to use new Monitor, instead of the older, classic version. Hi @anotgrass_007, > Are Feature Services supposed to show in the Monitoring/Components/Service section? Yes, feature services should appear as components under the Monitoring page. After you register an ArcGIS Server component, its web services should appear under the Services component filter. In the case of a hosting ArcGIS Server - this was enabled at the ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3 release. Collecting metrics for hosted feature services is only available for hosting servers at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 and higher, because the ability to query for these metrics were only enabled at the Enterprise 11.1 release. Hi @ZahidMia, > ...in 2023.3.1 version we can’t find any metric option to check the CPU or memory utilisation for the portal or server machine. For CPU utilization for both the enterprise portal and GIS Server, you can get these metrics from their respective hosts. Once you register their hosts as components, the CPU metrics will populate. Hi @ChaseBarnard & @jonathan_debrandt_infra, > What I am not seeing is any data on the ArcGIS-side including data on requests received, request response time, ArcSOC instances used, etc. We are aware of this bug (it's been discussed in this thread) and this will be addressed in the forthcoming ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1 patch that is scheduled for release on March 20.
